I'm the same way. And then everyone was all like "BFBC2 is sooo good." When I got the demo It was the same for me as 1. I couldn't get into it. I honestly don't see what the draw is...
Try "Cheating is like buying a round of drinks and then not having to pay the money." At least that analogy makes sense.
darkest of days should have been on there. I loved the part at the beginning where you forgot that you had an arrow in your crotch.
@Qui Gon Jim
Did you play MPO? Kojima produced hat as well, but if he actually had a hand in it, then it would have been more decent. Kojima is doing PW, I think because he doesn't want to work on the Xbox. Which is kindof a shme, as PW is on the psp, why I still don't understand...
My favorite is LOTR:BFME2:ROTWK because, unlike some of the others, it wasn't just thrown out their to have a long name.
@Krazie Bone: I lol'd cause it's true. +bubz
@cgoodno
You get so many disagrees because you say things like "God of War ehh" and then at the end you're all like "Red Dead Redemption should have made the list." lolwut? Red Dead Redemption looks a lot of things, but pretty ain't one of them.
Oh, and dead space 2 should NOT be on there because it's slated for 2011. Duh. Regardless, graphically, DS1 is STILL one of my favorite games to look at, and I still get that wow effect when I look out to space. Simply...
lol
I like how this discussion board is one big argument over the definition of an MMO.
And n my opinion, MAG is an MMOFPS. But MMO is associated with mmorpgs, so I'll just call it an online tactical shooter.
@Dev8 ing
Thats why I like Zero Punctuation. He doesn't give scores, he isn't merciful, he just say what he thinks and points out all the issues.
does anyone even pay attention to him anymore? All he does is troll on the PS3 boards and give blind praise to the Xbox boards.
And with that avatar... Obvious troll is obvious much?
THis is the point where I stop believing reviews altogether. I'vee seen a 6.8, two 8's and now a nine, and they all seem to be a bit full of bullcrap.
looks so effin' amazing. Like, an actual meaningful story. These don't come around too often.
I haven't played many JRPGs that I liked, and it certainly wasn't the open world aspect that I liked about them. (I strongly dislike sandbox/openworld). But when did I complain about it being too open world? I don't see that in my comment.
And I've just never been able to get into WRPG's, despite trying. What I didn't like about ME1 was the amount of pointless dialog. It was like they said "Hey! look at this cool new speech wheel! Isn't it great?!" and overused it. Lik...
I loved gears. Played it five times through. But for me Gears was about sitting on the couch next to you brother/ friend and blasting the sh!t out of bugs.
What I didn't like about ME1 was how I couldn't go anywhere. I got to the mothership or whatever, did a whole lot of talking, and then said "f*ck it, I'm going to go read a book." It's not like I don't like deep games, It's that I thought ME1 was trying to be something it wasn't, and doing a bad job at it.
Oh,...
Fire Emblem = Epic RPG?
(I don't know why everyone calls it an rpg. doesn't everyone know that an rpg is a rocket propelled grenade? good golly gosh, and here I thought we were gamers)
I'm interested. I might have to pick it up (for $20), but I hated ME1. Should I have played it first?
I heard one n halo one that you could get a "batman suit" (black spartan with a cape) which led to a "flaming fetus gun". And, of course, I always wanted to try out the pokemon SS Ann one, but never got around to it...
I'm sure I would agree if I played racing games. Never really saw the draw (excpt for the concept of wheelman, if it had been pulled off better)
speak for yorself. These articles are half of what keeps me coming to this site
