Dead Space was feakin' awesome (actually one of my favorite games this gen), but it wasn't scary.
I know everyone will disagree with me, but I found Silent Hill 4 to be scarier (and better) than SH2. When I got done with that game I vowed to never play it again, but I also realized that it was one of the best games I've experienced. Shame everyone thought it sucked.
I actually expect the halo re-skin to be on there...

way to read the article. What he's basically saying is that JRPG's are archaic because they want to stay to their "roots" and are thus not evolving, which means they are "dead". It seems everyone likes to look at the title and the quick summary and spout on like they know something.

I rather enjoy the use of online slang. Pwn does come naturally, and I like to use lol when a laugh isn't good enough. It's almost like saying "I'm being sarcastic here." I think anyone who complains about it just likes to pretend that they are elitist. For the most part. Keep in mind, a lot of it comes from having to type fast 'cause your in the middle of playing.

Yeah, I had a friend who tested for EA (his uncle owned it, so it was a shoe-in interview for him) and I talked to him when he was testing The Sims 3. He was always complaining about what a boring job it was and how it took all the fun out of the hobby he used to enjoy. After that he only played shooters.

after playing TF2 on a pc at a friends house, I'll admit: PC has better online. Not to mention all the mods you can get.
Why shouldn't we compare them? I love the argument "because they're different". It's like, the industry is so repetitive, so many total ripoffs, that we can't compare games unless they are basically the same thing. FACT: GOWIII and Bayonetta are both third person hack and slash games. OPINION: While Bayonetta was fun, it probably can't even come close to GOWIII.
