Sony is in it for the Marathon. Not a Sprint. When you do that you run out of gas. -Fact.
Sony doesn't want to put PS4 Pro into such a big light that the base PS4 gets put in the dark. It's very valuable out of the box and Sony doesn't want to lose its sales potential. I can almost guarantee there will be a smooth transition where as prices continue to decrease and more titles come PS4 Pro will eventually catch up to PS4 monthly sales. And then eventually surpass it. Then we'll start hearing rumors of PS5. I bet anything there will be a couple years where we will h...
@TheUndertaker85
Delays happen I totally get that. But even if those delays happen there will still be an updated list of release dates and gameplay of upcoming games. Sony and PlaySation have so many in their portfolio they can afford to lose a couple due to delays. They have essentially future proofed themselves by showing no drought in sight. There may be less exclusives October through November time frame (The Last Guardian) but we know by know this is done on purpose so third pa...
After E3 Sony fans will have an updated list of release dates and gameplay for up and coming videogames that won't be cancelled.

I would like to be able to switch between armor sets quickly.
I know I can't wait. I think Sony needs to put extra effort in production and advertisement of the product. This is where I think they rely a little too much on E3, when unfortunately there is still an audience out there that isn't as tuned in as we are. But then again they could be saving money on advertising and instead investing on improving the device maybe a surprise reveal of a movement controller for PSVR along with a couple must have titles in preparation for the holiday seaso...
We got a new PS3 this past holiday. The choice was brought to me for my birthday my wife would work with my bro to get me either a PS Pro or PSVR. I don't have a 4K TV and I have an OG PS4. So my thoughts, I'll get the PSVR this November for my birthday. By that time hopefully most if any bugs are out and more titles like Farpoint are out.
I've played all infamous games. Did not beat the second one though. Fun titles. Can't wait to see what they unleash next. Heck maybe a FPS could be welcoming.
I challenge Microsoft to create the perfect machine that fits physically and thoughtfully right between my PC and PS4. Let's bridge the gap and bring on the games that raise the bar.
And now we'll "Switch" to more disappointment. Totally just kidding. As a guy gaming in PlayStation I challenge Microsoft to get me to buy a decent well made product. But don't skimp on the games. Let's get so creative work going.
Honest curiosity here. Wish there was actual data for most hours users spent the most time clocked in on the top 10 software for each platform. Versus just weekly sales data. Because for Halo Wars 2 to sell the way it has it begs to be asked the bigger question. What are XBOX players playing instead? Likewise with other platforms to include PC and mobile. What are gamers playing the most weekly? Something tells me that despite Horizon Zero Dawn selling well, Zelda selling well and Halo Wars...
Deal with it.
According to Vgchartz as of 18 Feb it's 310k from the 3 mil mark.
The thing is no matter what we think as gamers or fanboys if you prefer, Sony and PlaySation still got you on their side and into your wallets by getting you to Subscribe to their service. Sony and Playstation still get that money to invest better I'm their online services, their first party lineup and the inevitable PS5. I'm a proud contributor with my PS4 and even sometimes remotely play Horizon Zero Dawn on both my old Sony Vaio laptop (lol) and Sony Xperia Z3 smartphone.
Even while playing on PS3 PS Now was still playable. That's even playing it on wifi.
@UCForce
Exactly. This is the whole purpose. For newbies to PlayStation to try out some games either via PC or PS4. With Microsoft Game Pass yeah you will be able to download the game to your console. That would be a pretty nice (option) for PS Now games. But if it's a game you really want to play and finish there is this thing called the PS Store. And more often then not you will find the title. Heck sometimes you can find it at an amazing discount during a flash sale.
Well good luck to Microsoft and it's brand of Gaming. I'm afraid Sony and Nintendo have a huge footprint in Japan / Asia but long term commitment might turn Microsoft's gaming division into better success. More loveable exclusives is where it's at.
