So as it stands PlayStation is my favorite console of all time. It has the support of the studios that make excellent single player and story driven games. That being said I wouldn't mind getting a Switch for it's exclusives because they have a lot going got it in my opinion. I tend to spend a lot of money on PS4 games but at some point I would really like the Switch. But I would rather get the Pro first unless the PS5 is closer down the road. So with Xbox it's just a tough decisi...
@gamer7804
Yeah I'm just poking fun man.
I'm sure it would shift numbers if Microsoft got the Green light to have a developer make a game for Hulk if they can strike a deal with Marvel and Disney. I might the big Green guy on the Green Machine. It's a match made in heaven right. Curious if that's even a conversation right now. Glad Sony and PlayStation has Spider-Man because PlayStation is what I game on. 😋
So Sony just has Spiderman and Venom if there are others. If Disney and Marvel wanted a single game the focuses on one Superhero (not necessarily the upcoming avengers project with Crystal Dynamics and Square Enix) then they can multiplat games such as a stand alone Iron Man, Hulk or Thor game. Or Wolverine. All this can happen if Disney wills it if they find a developer they can trust. Right now Sony has the advantage of a lead game that could open the doors for additional instalments.
Yep. I'm just list games in general regardless of platform.
Yeah September is now full June July and August need to seal the deal to complete these year. Let's see notable mentions:
June: Vampyr, The Crew 2
July: Crash Bandicoot
August: Yakuza Kiwami 2, Divinity Orgin Sin 2
Anyone else find anything else worth paying?
Okay but there is another way to look at it as well. Currently there are at least 75 million consoles sold lifetime. There are currently 612 games via Wikipedia that have released. That averages 122,549 copies to potentially be sold per title. Even if all those titles launch at a price of $39.99 is $4.9 million dollars. There are a variety of people playing the variety of games available. Not everyone is going to be interested in God of War, Uncharted, The Last of Us or Horizon Zero Dawn. Som...

@Obscure Observer
I will admit as much as some people praise the Ni No Kuni series Ni No Kuni didn't do as well in the UK. Or Japan even that we can tell. There are people who truly love the game but not the mast majority. Now we don't know how it or Sea of Thieves did world wide yet. However, Xbox is prominent in the UK only send to the United States. So It's almost easy to assume Sea of Thieves would do well anyway in that region. I think we'll have to see...
Any thoughts of what in the box to be revealed Summer 2018? My only guess is a scaled version of Stark Tower.
I can't believe a 2018 and won't. Just seems unlikely. We might here something about it announced at PSX sneak peak for a potential reveal at 2019 E3. I think they're still in the software realm of thinking come this E3 unless they talk more about VR or a new handheld. However, if they State that PS5 is coming at the end if you year I will yield buying the Pro. Even though I really want a Pro.
Lol it just has to. Final fantasy XV is done. These are the two projects they need to focus on. Kingdom Hearts 3 and FFVII-R.
Because we now live in a generation where facts generate negativity. The same generation that eats Tide pods. So I guess that would get a thumbs up.
Insomniac is not owned by Sony. Would be nice though. They've had the most success with Sony: Spyro, Resistance, Ratchet and Clank. Sunset Overdrive seemed good for Xbox but not everyone. I hope that Sony can one day aqcuire them if interested. The relationship is like that best friend that's a girl without the drama of being married. At the moment Insomniac is a bit of a Swiss Army knife right now with the variety of games they have made. Spiderman can put them on a super high pedest...
This isn't true. Would be nice though.
Without any knowledge of what Microsoft has to offer until E3, it's pretty thin to make fact that Red Dead Redemption 2 is the best chance that Xbox has standing out when not it's far too late for that. The gap between install bases are just too great. The software numbers for the title like usual will be 2:1 world wide. Where it all matters.
I can see;
April - God of War, Yakuza 6
May - Detroit Become Human, Dark Souls Remastered
Potentia...
The truth is people actually enjoy the PlayStation VR where it's at. We've gotten some pretty good titles to get us through with more down the road. The users who have given it a try have given game developers the funds to continue to experiment with VR and better more robust games. Come PS5 and PSVR 2.0 I think we'll start to see that technology tie together more and better defined. The tech is coming in we're in its infancy. Or we can have nothing and start from scratch next...
The way this game has been presented to us, no Atreus, no story, no game. With this approach we get one brand new adventure that includes Kratos' story Atreus' story and the world they live in. I'm most certain we're in for a treat.
My playing habits would not be compatible with a service like game pass. I juggle a lot of games frequently with PlayStation Now. I use it at home and on my laptop when not at home. Just recently going through God of War and God of War 2. And the kids play on it all the time. It's more convenient to stream and play instead of taking up hard drive space. When on WiFi there is no interruption. If the hotel or lodging WiFi is weak then that's where I experience the most problems. One thi...
Bingo. Especially if they were given the choice of which superhero/universe to make. I'm curious how big of a list they had to choose from and what would be their second pick?
