I've played most of the currently released so far, and I could only recommend FFXIV if you can get past the subscription fees. I'm currently playing ESO, but it's a snorefest at times. Everquest might be interesting, but it needs more details, especially after spliting away from Sony.
What the article did omit were Kingdoms Under Fire 2 and Deep Down, both wihch I'm really looking into. Tomorrow Children might also be really good.
Wait... Grandia 2 was already released on PCs in 2002. I know, since I've played it on PC somewhere around then. Not sure why it's being released now.
Anyway, quite awesome game, had enormous fun playing it back then.
Anyone got a link to the voting site?
Why did they leave out Playstation versions. PS had historically always more MTG fans >.>
Oh Spaghetti, why the big heads...
PS4 plus games feel kinda uninspired. If only Castlestorm was on PS4 as well, it might have been a saving grace somehow.
Still no Phantom Breaker, sigh.
Ooooooh, PS4 version. Any news about Western release?
I actually liked ME3...
That's actually a quite interesting thing for a discussion. Is the concept of bosses outdated? With more immersive games being created, and the evolution of technology in game development, should the concept of bosses evolve as well? It feels as if the concept of a "boss" remains same for decades, while the games have moved on.
It seems they'd need to put it as a Plus or Gold title to actually get people online I guess.
Pillars of Eternity has already been released, with very positive reviews. Fable is going to be a MOBA, not an RPG.
That. As much as I'd love DDO coming to the West, I'm concerned about the lack of any news about Deep Down.
I got confused when they used the term "tactical RPG." From the short trailer, it looked like a real time hack'n'slash against stupid AI dummies.
I found the Feline gear to be one the best sets. Even on the highest difficulty you don't need the heavier sets defenses, you will rarely rely on heavy attacks, and the extra weight is annoying. Light sets have fastest stamina regen, and the extra crits and elemental resistance from Feline set is really nice. End game you could swap for Bear swords for extra damage from crits, but sacrificing crit chance.
Oh please, that thing they call football in America isn't real football, it's just some awkward eggball-handball thingie.
I'm playing it right now on PS4. It's quite good, has a slight feel of TES games in it, with the usual MMO formula obviously. To be fair though, there are no quests telling you to fetch 50 items from enemies or kill 10 enemies. 3, 4 max, and within a unique quest. Be warned though to consider the PC version, since console version has no text chat for some reason.
Is this PC only?
I hope they will add multiplayer for the remake. Dragon's Crown was awesome for that, and having to play Odin's Sphere, as good as it was on PS2, it just won't be the same.
I'm really sour about this. Traditionally Playstation had more fans and gatherings for MtG. It's now the second title that omits us /sadviryu
