Its simply a trade off to get the amazing graphics you see. The human eye only sees 26 fps anyway but 60fps is good because even if the frame rate drops your eyes cant tell. If they get the frame rate locked real close 30 fps it shouldnt be noticable; the problems is when it start to dip below 30.

Don’t be brain dead those are 100% pc screen shots and running on a high dollar sli machine. 256 Megs for ram will not be able to pull that off. I have a car made by GM and I would love it if they decided to up the warranty to "pacify me" as you say. They are even reimbursing people which is extremely rare for a company to do.
