You bring up a good point about metal gear but i dont think you shouldn't knock the game because it is a quality formula just like the halo series. The golden triangle is great formula that is why halo rocks.
With more players you just increase the possibilities of getting an idiot on your team. I like resistance online but the 40 player matches become pure chaos with very little strategy. I think 16 is enough. I like 4 or 4 even better because it is more about skill than luck.

My girlfriend’s father worked at a slaughter house for 15 years. They don’t shoot them ever. They shock them to paralyze them and then spike them thought the spine. It is nearly instantaneous. They don’t torture them or fight them over and over again or run them on treadmills 60% of the day or feed smaller non fighting breeds to them to up their confidence.
I think you are missing the point that this was a repeat offense. He didnt just fight and torture 1 dog, this was an ongoing thing. Here is my take. I had never seen much of halo 1 and I was a Nintendo man at the time. I went to my friend’s house and he had halo. I played it for 15 minutes and was blown away. He then started up a 4 player death match and we played for 3 hours straight. The next day I went and bought a 360 and halo end of story.
