Zero if they put in more than 16 players it wouldnt be halo. It's just like if you put more than 8 in gears. The limitation on players is what makes the game fun. United i am with you on some games being better with the controller. I played bioshock on pc and i liked using my 360 pad better than a keyboard and mouse. I tried halo 2 on pc with they keyboard and mouse and it just felt wrong. I am playing crysis with keyboard and mouse and it feels like it was meant to be. Same thing with UT3. I think it really depends on the game.
At what res and do you have AA turned on?
They are running it on Very High at 1920x1200 with AA turned on. I have 3200 duckets invested in my pc and i get about 2 fps with aa turned on at that res yet i can run UT3 at 1920x1200 with everything all the way up and get nearly 60fps. As of yet NO ONE has got the game to run at full blast. Full blast would be very high for everything, 16x AA and a res of 1920x1200 or above.
The game is meant to be run at 1920x1200 and beyond not 1024x768. I can get the game to run full blast (using the dx 10 tweak for xp) at 1920x1200 and though I only get about 12fps (x6800 @ 3.6 640meg gts)it looks amazing.
