It still looks a little crappy but this update is supposed to up the graphics quite a bit from what I've read.
thats why they call it a beta, they are testing gameplay mechanics and servers and the like. This uprising update is adding/fixing a lot of stuff. Complete overhaul of the skill trees, better graphics,and more. Oh and they are supposed to refund all skill points and game credits because of the skill tree overhauls so you get to rebuild all your characters when the update hits. I'm excited!

I wish games would look somewhat close to what the trailers look like. I was super hyped to see what StarWars the old republic would look like after I saw some trailers and it was quite disappointing. But all games do that crap all the time. Show cut scenes and CGI and then you spend your hard earned money on it and it really looks kinda crappy sometimes.
If they are doing all this on PS3, I can't wait to see what Quantim dream can do on PS4.

Too many people play it like its COD unfortunately. Cod has ruined an entire generation of FPS players. The only good way to play Battlefield is if you have a group of friends that all have mics and are working together. Its too much of team based gameplay to run around all Rambo style like COD.
Just the vid on the animation problems is enough do you really need 4 more?
Although it is kind of late in the game for an article of this nature, I have been fed up with COD for a long time now the only reason I play is to stay in contact with some of my clan mates on my friends list, who only ever buy COD games for some reason.

Anyone from my clan which has been running together since socom 1 absolutely hated confrontation and 4. Socom 2 was the pinnacle of the series 3 and CA were close but not as good. None of them ever seemed to live up to the mechanics of the orginal though IMO.
That's prob considered interest, have you ever bought something on credit, they charge an interest rate because they financed you. Just M$ screwing you out of more money.

I really wish just once a game with a movie tie in wasnt some slapped together crap bag thats just trying to grab some extra revenue from fans. Cmon guys star trek has enough of a backstory to make an awesome game but you just shit in a cd case again and called it a game.

Lets face it, in this day and age where any moron can put his opinion up on the internet like it matters too many of these issues get brought to the front page. Realistically most of the people making these complaints are either too young and inexperienced or just plain too stupid to know how businesses are run. So in turn they whine about whatever they feel overly justified about on an internet forum or twitter. Then a developer reads all these entitled immature comments and become enrage...
As much as I like GOW, the storyline is pretty much played out and I don't want to see them beat it to death like Final fantasy or something of that nature. Keep the cinematic presention and the gory action and make a new IP. SSM can do some great things and I would like to see what they can do if given a new direction.
