So Kevoncox thinks you're a sony fanboy if you thought an HDD would have been stupid in the PS2, but important for the PS3. Personally I disagree.
Phew that's some nice texturing.
The article says 1.6 TB using the same design as today's 320 GB. So in that one it's Terabytes. It never uses TB as Terabits, although it does use the GB that comes after the mention of Terabits as Gigabits. Of course that's not even half as confusing as the part of the article that begins discussing Tuberculosis.
People always say that. As if not choosing between two people I wouldn't elect to dogsit to be my country's President somehow means you're not allowed to complain that the leader of our country spent hundreds of billions of dollars to kill people.
I guess those guys just have to just sit there quietly while they watch Bush explain that he's never made a mistake and that we have to wait till he's dead before we we're allowed to decide what we think about his job performance.
...
Intelligence is very complicated. Clearly Bush is smart in some ways. That doesn't protect us from the ways in which he is massively, dangerously stupid.
Good, Microsoft will be happy to sell you a new, improved console every three years.
I agree, and it's also a shame that no one wants such a... desirable system.
What are the mods going to do with post that is 32 agrees and 6 disagrees? I can only assume you're talking about your post.
IGN named God of War the greatest Playstation 2 game of all time. Cause they know that the guy from God of War could have finished Shadow of the Colossus in about 50 button presses.
Yep, truly God of War has changed the face of gaming. Now anytime you're in a game and you see the signal to press a button and then you press it and the game keeps going you'll think "Hey that's the control scheme from the best PS2 game ever made. I really feel like one of those Greek Gods wh...
You're right. Playstation is screwed. I guess the Wii and the 360 will begin to shoot up in sales now that it's confirmed that none of the consoles in this generation have enough storage space.
It doesn't matter that DVDs hold 9 GBs and Blu-rays will soon be able to hold 100 GB if the developer wants to make a 101 GB game he'll get confused, won't know which console to pick, and he'll make the game for PCs instead, you know, the fat guy with glasses, the skinny guy is the Mac....
It probably won't be physically possible for current Blu-ray readers to be able to read the 200 GB discs, but the 100 GB discs work and they'll be implemented eventually since it appears they'll become necessary for some games.
The PS4 will probably be designed specifically to use the 200 GB discs. There are also theoretical discs that can do 250 GB, but they'd have to be proven concepts. I think 200 GB's could probably last for the PS4's generation, considering Microsoft has ...
I thought critics fight over the really bad games so that they can spend a lot of time roasting every single aspect of them. This critic seems to have missed his chance on purpose. Maybe someone should tell him.
1 - Always have a hero who is way too young to be doing such an important quest.
2 - Always have a bad guy who wants to destroy the world for no reason.
3 - Always give your hero more money than God. Everyone knows there's no better way to make money than life as a wandering band of mercenaries.
4 - Always make sure no one in your party uses the same kind of weapon. Cause gosh, that would be embarrassing.
5 - Always make the hero 100...
Right on Kr155. Comparing COD4's framerate and graphics makes as little sense as comparing the graphics of cars from Gran Turismo 5. COD4 would be 5 frames a second if it was trying to display the same amount of information that is in any moment of GTA 4.
Ehh, it looks the same as Starcraft I, but in 3D. The sounds and build order were even exactly the same.
In movies the hero always ends up without a gun fighting in hand-to-hand combat. I'm surprised video games are just now catching up to that. The new generation of consoles can begin to emulate physics and it's time video games caught up to that too.
So you're saying this game will do nothing too? Assassin's Creed was basically Grand Theft Horse.
People don't seem to realize that there will probably be a second HD DVD vs. Blu-ray war, this time entirely in the gaming industry. Where PS4's 100 and 200 Blu-ray's will go against 720's 60 GB HD-DVD's.
Maybe they are just very very against gusto.
I wonder how it's possible for you to believe the things you say. First the X-Box puts in some technology that isn't needed yet, then they take it out when it is needed. This is not in fact Sony fanboyism, but rather the evolution of video games. X-Box devolved, you seem to be proud of it. I guess you think the PS1 should also have had an HDD.
