Fallout is MUCH better with a first person/third person perspective. I think you're one of the very few who would actually have it the other way around.

That's why I said in my last paragraph "so long as they didn't build the game around co-op (having a partner with you at all times". Co-op would only be there for people who want to join each others games, but there WOULDN'T be an AI partner following you around.

Not me. When I win (after dying like 6+ times) I feel like I just wasted a lot of time and enjoyment that could have been had elsewhere.

Trial and error (through death anyways) is just annoying and isn't any fun at all to me. I don't mind dying 3 or 4 times every other chapter, but when I'm dying 3 or 4 times every 10 ...
Hmm, I had an absolute blast with RE5 co-op, in fact it was probably one of the best co-op games this gen, at least top 3.
But I'm not really an original RE fanboy, I only played re4 and re5, so the fact that they weren't scary didn't bother me.
If they can make it scary though, then why not allow co-op? It's not like you would be forced to do co-op, and those that actually wanted to do co-op could if they wanted to and everybody would be hap...
I love my gamepad as well. Try as I might, I just can't seem to get the same enjoyment from my mouse and keyboard as I do from my controller, and I have tried (bought a pretty expensive gaming mouse and keyboard).
When I'm playing with a controller, to me it just feels like an extension of my arm and I'm so use to my controller that I don't even really have to think about the controller anymore, which gives me a lot more room to perform better on the actual s...
The reason was because they were working on making sr2 equal on ps3 compared to other platforms. Still wish they would have brought it afterwards though.

Sweet! I remember (back then when the ps3 first came out) using one of those exploits/hacks/whateveryouwoul dcallits to get into the private beta without being invited (I think it was a store redirect or something like that).
Anyways, I had an absolute blast playing the beta and ended up buying the game (the 60 dollar version with the headset which I still have) and all the DLC for it and I also convinced someone else to buy it.

In what way does having a prestige mode ruin the game for you? Hm? You don't have to do it if you don't want to, but there are many other people who would like the feature, so I don't really see how this affects you.
Does it really bother you that much that some people have cooler icons than you in the mp lobby? Or is it that you think that any element (regardless of what it is) that Resistance borrows from CoD means that element is going to ruin Resistance?

I personally am a lot more excited for Resistance 3. I liked Uncharted 2, but after I beat the campaign, the fun ended for me (multiplayer was average).
I'm probably not even going to get Uncharted 3 on launch day because there is quite a lot of other games I'm more interested in, R3 being one of them.
I believe it's overhyped by the community. A lot of people have already made up their minds that it's going to be the greatest game of all time, regardless of whether or not they have actually played it.
To me, it will either be good or great, as I doubt it will be anything less than those two, however I do not believe like most others that it will be the greatest thing of all time that will change my life and give me a continuous, uninterrupted gaming orgasm every ...

What was "mediocre" about the shooting or driving? Driving was quick, easy and fun (unlike GTA4). Shooting was the same (again, unlike gta4).
