I tried playing Metro 2033 on my pc, but I could never get very far because every time I tried playing it, my pc just crashed (to the point where I had to hold down the power button on my pc just to turn it off).
I'm pretty sure I have a good computer, here are my specs:

Not really. World at War and Black Ops (even with all of its problems) still kicks the sh*t out of MW2.
Yeah, this was my second ps3 game to ever buy (the first being Resistance: Fall of Man of course).
The visuals were creepy and haunting (as well as the atmosphere), the story was one of the best this gen (although the game is pretty highly overlooked).
A sequel is definitely welcomed.
It's a very solid game. Controls are tight, and responsive, and sort of feel like Call of Duty. I liked the game, and there are certainly worse games you can spend time on.
Also it has quite a few similarities to Bioshock, which is always a good thing, and it's pretty obvious that it took some inspiration from it.
I'd take Bioshock over Uncharted any day. Uncharted is kind of generic and hasn't really brought anything new to the table. It did perfect the cinematic gaming experience, but in the end, it's more of a mindless piece of awesome technology. It's a graphical showcase with very tight gameplay, but that's mostly all it has going for it (which is a lot compared to most of the crap out there, but doesn't come close to Bioshock Infinite IMO). I bought the complete collection on Steam for 5 bucks during the Holidays. I haven't played much of it because I kept getting BS punkbuster errors, even though I had it installed, so I just gave up on trying to play it.
I've played both Bad Company games and 1943, but I can honestly say I had much more fun with 1943 than either of the 2 BC games. I've already played 1943 to death on my ps3, but I was hoping for it to come to PC with mod support to play it even more.
