"Na you don't need an arcade stick if your any good.."
Maybe he simply likes the HORI stick better?
I loved both of them but I thought #2 was much better.
"Who the hell pays retail for Windows?"
People that don't want to take the risk of downloading a pirated copy that's injected with some virus or type of spyware.
I've used like 6-8 downloaded copies of XP in my life on multiple machines, and half those either had some malware/spyware/viruses in it and the other half usually was missing some key component(s) that made certain things run improperly. Then you have to always keep up with th...
I download games every now and then that don't have demos for them, just to try them out (I've never fully finished a downloaded PC game). If I like what little I've played, I'll buy it, if I don't, I'll uninstall the game and decide not to buy it.
When it comes to piracy, I think a LOT more people would simply not pirate if they had a demo available to them. Obviously this wouldn't get rid of piracy, but it would help greatly.
I'm glad they added cell-shading. The game has a unique art style, one that will stand the test of time because of its art style. If they had dropped cell shading, the game would have ended up looking uglier over time, but thanks to cell shading, it has one of those styles that will make it seem a lot less dated in the future (similar to art styles such as sly cooper, okami, sotc valkyria chronicles, etc.)
The cell shading is a big part of what made borderlands so uniqu...
CoD4 and World at War are both MUCH better than the crap that is Bad Company 2.
I've only played Bad Company 1, Bad Company 2, and Battlefield 1943, Battlefield Vietnam, but I can definitely say that out of all of them, Bad Company 2 was the absolute worst. Crappy controls compared to the other Battlefield games, inferior/ugly graphics (that's pretty sad when a 15 dollar downloadable game looks better than a full fledged retal game), and just borderline boring.
"put a few bullets into a teammate randomly running the wrong way isn't that big of a deal"
Yeah, it kind of is seeing how you don't start off with very much ammo. I can only see that being practical if you always choose the "extra ammo" perk.
"every time I said something hilariously funny - I got 100 agrees, 10 disagrees, marked as immature or trolling, banned for seven days, and bubble was lost."
Fanboyish commments, while some of them are funny, are still fanboyish and should not be posted. It really doesn't matter whether they are funny or not. Seeing some of your past comment history, I can definitely say you are right where you need to be in terms of bubbles.
I hope you're wrong. The day that gaming goes completely dd will be a sad day.
I prefer something that I can hold with my own two hands. I like box arts, cases and manuals. Something that I can let my friend borrow, something that I can take over to someone elses house and play over there without having to redownload it, something I can sell to another person if I don't like it.
If gaming ever goes completely the way of DD, then we wont be seeing t...

It would be badass if Sony made one though with a bunch of PS icons (old and new).
They're not that bad. They were my primary gaming site along time ago until I found N4G. I think that was about 3-4 years ago.
My point is they aren't one of those "me too" websites that have been cropping up within the past 2 years.
But whatever, the fanboys on this site are too blind to accept that people have different opinions, and if a site doesn't give their favorite games a 9+, then that must mean they automatically suck. Damn ...
They've been around for quite a while.
"#4 BattleField 1943 was a really fun game, especially for $15, but it was never supported after its release."
Unfortunately I have to agree with pretty much everything you said. I remember them saying that if there was enough demand for it or if the game sold very well, then they would add DLC to 1943. They never did, despite the fact that it's the highest selling downloadable game on PSN and XBL.
I played alone the first playthrough and had a blast. I stopped playing the game for awhile (stopped at like lvl 33-37 I think) until my friend finally got the game and started playing it with him, and spent a lot more time playing co-op than SP.
But I still had a lot of fun playing by myself. You don't have to have somebody to play with to have fun with the game, but it does increase the replayability and fun you get out of it.
So you consider a game that has a sequel that is going to release 2 years later (at the very minimum) to be milked?
So I guess by your crappy logic, these games are considered "milked" as well, huh?

"we already have a COD killer KZ3, RES3"
No we don't, neither of those two are out yet.
No doubt they will be better, but they aren't out so we don't "already have them".
My power supply might be a 600 watt, but I'm not too sure about that. When I bought my parts from newegg I had a LOT of bad luck, as my motherboard, my power supply, and one of my sticks of RAM was defective. Took 2 weeks of RMA BS to get everything working.
I originally had ordered this 750 watt power supply ( http://www.newegg.com/Produ... but that was defective, and my dad...
Well I haven't played very many games, but I've played about 10 hours of Half Life 2 without any problems a bit of Burnout Paradise without it crashing (well actually, Burnout crashed when I had XP, but is fine now that I have Win7).
The new Salamun market looks like sh*t, I preferred the old look better.
I do like the new look of Blood Gracht though.
