Its sold more than any other GT in the first week I would say its the most successful GT ever. Not to mention its done that with a lower install base than GT3 and GT4.
Meh there are still a ton of better FPS out there on the market right now especially on the 360.
To be fair the only thing Forza beats GT5 hands down at is customizability where to be fair it beats the whole genre including games built on that like the early NFS games on PS2.
Why is Forza being compared all the time anyway?? Just because its the closest thing to GT on 360? Flaim Bait articles like this should be removed. They are both awesome games in there own rights and although on the surface they look the same they are completely differn't games. GT5 offers more in teh terms of content but cannot match the level of customizability Forza has. If you are a racing fan and own both consoles you should own both as they give a completely different experience.

Hmm I remember when the last prototype came out they compared it to Infamous as it was multi-platform.. If this goes exclusive 360 owners won't have anything like Infamous this time around..
The game gets patched shortly after launch for those cards without the anti-piracy feature which skips this.
Hmm more proof of the direction MS are headed?? I dunno if this is true or not it's too hard to tell but they could only launch this service in the US and not worldwide. This is where the problems would lie and is why I can't see it happening.

I am with you on the fact Kinect is doing better than the ps3 fanboys say but trust me those 2.5 are amount sold to stores as are Sonys 4.1 million. People have to stop listening to twists.. Interesting that game sales are dropping in the West the home of the 360.. Just stating here they are clear this is the West which is US... I think digital downloads are not helping but PSP go proved that digital content isn't that well perceived just yet..
Wonder how long this will stay exclusive?? I think the mini game they release case zero will stay exclsive as releasing after the game would be silly.
A good year yeah but the biggest year?? I think 360s first year with games like Halo 3 and GOW was 360s biggest year its what really made it an established console. MS only think its there biggest year thanks to Kinect don't kid yourself on anything else. It's so in the future they can say it started there the gaming revolution.. Or so they would want it but Kinect won't revolutionize but it will sell bucket loads.

NFS been bad for years now anyways there practically all the same with a new coat of paint and have been for years. Typical EA way of releasing games these days. Plus every year too don't help.

I am annoyed and happy about this.. These TV's if take off will only further delay PS2 emulation for PS3. On the good side though it's a good idea sticking it in. As for those who whine its only 720p it's 22"... you couldn't tell the differnce between 1080p and 720p on a tv that small unless you hook upto a PC.
Review scores... Really... I think people lost faith in review scores when GTA IV rolled around and got the highest scores of any game for the time. Review scores aren't as reliable as they used to be thanks to various reasons.

SMG2 is a rehash of the first game and for that does not deserve GOTY. It's a great game but if you played the first already the second ain't that impressive. I think GOW3 has done so well as its the only game this year thats lived upto a huge hype. Every other game that got overhyped fell to bits under the pressure of the hype like Alan Wake, Black Ops, GT5, Halo Reach and NSMB to name a few. Resistance is an extremely good game and seems its selling really well for a new IP. As for this a multi-platform will never look better than a ps3 exclusive in the hardcore categories. Besides those Deus Ex shots on that site are taken from preview shots from PC. So pretty unfair comparison considering Consoles aren't upgradeable.
