Both series X and PS5 can't reach 60fps in Quality mode. And both are locked at 60 in Performance mode at the same resolution.
So both have worse framerates in quality mode...so if you want 60fps you go to performance mode where both are the same.
Also Deathloop has the same 10% discount if you preorder before launch on PSN and is 60.
Keep a mental note for if the good reviews come out.
Just bought it now because it has a PSplus 10% Discount that ends at midnight...just putting that out there.
Guilty Gear Strive, FF7R Intergrade, Ghost of tsushima DLC, Deathloop, Kena, FFXIV Endwalker, etc...
Also other PS4 games that are on switch but not on Xbox like The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles, Persona 5 Strikers, Neo: The world ends with you, etc..
Gotta love this lack of games argument...
I think the Mass effect collectors edition is the best solution. No game included so people can buy the version they want separately.
I've seen alot of last gen versions of collectors editions just sitting in stores for months in the past.
That sounds like that's what they will have to do. They already had the ps4 version for preorder at 60. They can't expect there to not be another backlash if they increase it to 70.
This is great...but is the game 60 on PS5?
Because if it's still 60 on PS4 and 70 on PS5 i'll just get the digital PS4 version and get the free upgrade.
People who want the PS5 physical might have to pay 10 extra.
But still great news for PS4 players
I guess they can wait for the next sale then.
How is 20 dollars for X360 call of duty games "ludicrously" overpriced?
And with Activision's lawer bills skyrocketing at the moment you are not going to be seeing deep discounts for a bit.
Nobody is saying the game will be bad here. Just that you use the service everyone says is the best deal in gaming instead of buying the disk version. Gamepass. The service Microsoft wants you to use.
We're just trying to save you money...but apparently that's an issue?
Just get it on Gamepass.
People complained about Battlefield only having multiplayer for 60/70(is it on old gen?)but that Disk only gives you non coop single player for 60.
Day 1 patch on the disk version is probably going to be big as well.
So just get it on Gamepass.
I'm talking about the dual pack for the remakes coming out in Nov.
"The downloadable version includes digital versions of both the Pokémon Brilliant Diamond game and the Pokémon Shining Pearl game, and both games will be automatically be downloaded to the system tied to the Nintendo Account that made the purchase."
You know the remakes that have nostalgic(less work and cheaper) world maps.
"how is bundling 2 copies of a $60 game and selling it at $120 predatory?"
Ok...so what's your excuse for the digital version of the 120$ Dual Pack where both games are attached to the account that purchased it?
Is that not worse than the 80$ horizon dual pack?
Not a deflection. I said it's bad. But it's weird how Nintendo gets away with it. Are you saying Nintendo's pricing is good? Skyward Sword has fast travel locked to an amibo...is that good business in their case?
Didn't mention shield/sword but why do the pokemon remakes not have the same amount of effort and still cost 60?
Not that sword/shield should have been 60 to begin with...they should have been 40 to begin with as all handheld games were before the Switch (like the Vita and 3DS)
Buying the 80$ horizon double pack is optional as well. Wait till you have the PS5 to buy it instead.
That's what i said. Expected is the 60 to 70(like Ghosts) But in this situation it's 60 to 80. And you have to do it in advance as well.
It's bad that you have to spend an extra 10 dollars to upgrade to the PS5 version (80 as opposed to 70) but it's weird that IGN doesn't have opinion pieces on the front page on the 60 dollar remasters and low effort remakes on the Switch. The 120$ new Pokemon Dual Pack isn't even wispered about...just business as usual for old consumer friendly Nintendo.
They also said the underwater effects were downgraded on the PS4 version as well.
You say it's not strengthening and say you're not downplaying it? And you call me a loon...great job with the insults instead of letting your "facts" do the talking. Class all around.
Also from the same article.
"Well, Performance mode does indeed deliver a largely locked-down 60fps across all platforms."
