Wasn't Darksiders a THQ game?...I can't remember.
I have a feeling that the actual game's story will be completely unrelated to the emotion and primal survival seen in the trailer...I mean, electric swords?...
I hope I'm wrong...I want a semi-emotional zombie survival experience.
I'm possibly one of the biggest fans of the Dead Space series. I've got all of the debut comics (6 total), the Dead Space: Extraction one shot comic, Dead Space: Martyr TPB, Dead Space: Salvage graphic novel, and the movies; Downfall and Aftermath. I've even got an Isaac Clarke figure on my desk as I type.
Having said that, I was thoroughly disappointed with this "DLC." Sure, it reveals a couple of interesting tidbits of the Dead Space universe like the ...
Meh, he looks kind of...bleh.
I prefer the look he had in the Jeph Loeb & Tim Sale comics; The Long Halloween and Dark Victory.
You medics need to get together and procreate. There's too few of you heroes.
Dead Space had the balls to do it.
It's not all it's cracked up to be...Only pixel counters and fanboys rave about PC gaming. Sure, there's the freedom of modding and slightly noticeably better graphics...but it's not all it's cracked up to be.
I'm a PC/PS3 gamer, I've got a decent rig. I mostly play MMOs and Valve games on it. I remember when Crysis came out, people were screaming at the top of their lungs about how amazing it looked. I had to buy it.
I ran it with...
Huh, interesting news.
*goes back to playing Killzone 3 multiplayer*
DAS IST GUT!
How to beat the Elite 4:
1) Catch a Magikarp
2) ???
3) PROFIT
YES...YES!
Maybe not for you...
Saints Row 2 fulfilled my San Andreas cravings more than GTA IV ever did.
I was anti-GameStop before this...The employees are asshats most of the time.
Edit: Ah, Babages...That was a cool store.
Why would you bother comparing these two?...
Next time let's compare an AMC Gremlin to a Chevy Camaro.
If a developer goes into the game creating process with the intent of implementing a co-op mode, they're not going in with a workforce set 100% on creating a great singleplayer experience.
Focus on the singleplayer, make it comeplete, no cutting corners. Some games simply do not NEED co-op or multiplayer. Morrowind and Oblivion did not have co-op, and they are amazing games.
It won't be happening, so I've got nothing to worry about anyway.
...
This and the Helghast theme that you get in the Helghast edition of KZ3 are the best dynamic themes I've ever seen.
No thanks, not interested.
Keep it solo.
Edit: I love the mindset of this gaming generation; every single little thing needs co-op now apparently.
I don't doubt it after seeing the new BF3 in-game footage.
I'm still a little rattled from it to be honest.
@silvacrest
Yes, I did actually. How do you put the disc into the PS3? I'm still stumped on that one.
I've never played Gears of War...I HAVE played Quantum Theory though, and I can guarantee that Gears of War cannot be worse than the turd that is Quantum Theory.
