Spider-Man 2 is still king when it comes to comic book character games. The thrill of finally being able to swing around in an open world as Spider-Man was amazing.
Of course, Arkham Asylum comes in at an EASY second place. I felt the same thrill as I did in Spider-Man 2 when I played through Arkham Asylum for the first time.
These are good days to be a comic geek / gamer. :)
I'm pretty sure Downpour will be releasing this year, I think the devs are aiming for the October window like Dead Space did.

The old school MK and SF games were stupidly simple and everyone loved them. I still play MKII and SSF2:Turbo from time to time with friends and we have a blast.
I can't wait for this new MK. Deep or not - it's fun, and that's what matters.
