Games looking better on PS3 has been the trend this year....but those screenshots look exactly the same to me.
Miyamoto is human and makes mistakes, the guy makes great games.... but this mistake was moronic.
Why would anyone release a control scheme with only one analog in 2011, especially if they wanted to capitalise on games made in previous gens that required 2 analogs.
It was so short sighted.
Crysis 2 looked worse on 360 due to the grain glitch that was never fixed. I made the mistake of buying it on 360 because all the comparisons said it looked better but after the first raining level the game looks like a low quality video is streaming in the background, either that or like it suffers from a bad case of bad cable reception.
Crysis 2 graphics on 360 go from 9/10 to 5/10 half way through the SP - it made me wish I got the 8.5/10 all the way through PS3 version. ...
If MS wants to succeed in Japan they should release the portable of all portables.

The Japanese love American products, I think RROD probably gave MS a really bad rep (which it should have). Also, charging for online when no one else does doesn't help, nor did not having wifi or HDMI...
360 probably just seemed like outdated broken tech at launch and unlike Nintendo, MS lacks the first party games that appeal to Japanese tastes.
Nintendo is so stupid, why didn't they just have 2 analogs in the first place? They learned nothing from PSP.
It's not 2002 anymore, it would have added 5 cents to the dev costs to have 2 analogs.
Nintendo is totally screwing early adoptors, I was planning on getting a Wii U on launch but knowing Nintendo they'll probably realize that an 8 gig HD is way too small and bump it up within a year.

I'm a Halo fan and will be picking it up but it's not a day one for me. There are way too many amazing games coming out this quarter so I'll probably get it when next year.
I really wish they had an option for just a 1080p 60 FPS version of the original on the disc.

The biggest fall AAA release schedule (maybe ever?) is touching down this fall.
It already started with Deus, next Gears 3 and Resistance 3 follows....Elders Scrolls, Uncharted 3, BF3/MW3 and more.
Tha amount of memory in Wii U is pathetic. I love how its flash memory but 64 should be minimum for a console, unless you can connect you own drive
What about demos and DLC
I believe part of what I pay for when I buy a brand new game is the exclusive privilege to open it first or break the seal so to speak.
I've recently played Resistance 1, I think a complete lack of regenerating health is the best way to play, it actually makes you very afraid of getting shot!
The tension I'm the gunplay is incredible.

Nintendo needs to stop relying on Gimmicks, motion controls worked to sell Wii to the masses but 3D and cheap looking iPad controllers won't.
If they allow for controller connectivity or keyboard and mouse, ipad gaming may take off big.
Also, HDMI is necessary.
Nintendo needs to bite the bullet and release a power house, true next-gen system. Even if that means losing money on each console sold at first.
This controller reaks of unnecessary gimmick, just like the 3D on 3DS, it's a waste of manufacturing costs.
Did MS buy IGN or something? Lately it has been singing 360s praises a little too loudly (and often).
360 needs a Blu-Ray drive....problem is it can never have one because it would divide the fanbase.
It should have had Blu-ray or HDDVD built in from the beginning like HDMI and wifi.
