let me let you in on a little secret that seems to escape most folks when talking about the xbox user base. that number is GREATLY inflated due to the high failure rate. between me and my brothers we have bought 6 360's. that's 2 per person for those wanting to add things up. not re-manufactured or repaired but new. of course this was before the new warranty deal, but still, I'm sure there are many others that have done the same thing.

This man speaks the truth! No one is making you pay the full 60 bucks to own the game when it first comes out. I own every game you listed and the joy it brings me to NOT have to replay the same game to be further entertained, but to be able to move on to the next adventure is unparalleled. I own about the same amount as games as this guy and have only paid the full price on a few, depending on just how bad I wanted to play said game.
