There's literally zero reason for anyone to hate on Godfall after the Fire and Darkness update is out. The main complaint was lack of matchmaking and that's fixed. Lack of content? Fixed too.

You left out the biggest announcements of all? First new 2D Metroid game in 19yrs and a new Shin Megami Tensei... Advance Wars 1+2 looked rly cool too. Not sure how anyone in their right mind can hate on this direct. I don't even play anything Nintendo and even I thought it was a very good showing.

It's already been noted that Konami is licensing out ALL their IPs to other studios to make new entries. Any studio is free to make Metal Gear, Castlevania, Silent Hill, Contra.... this death stranding teaser literally had audio ripped straight from MGS.
It's really not that much of a stretch at all to think Sony has already struck a deal to develop a new MGS game perhaps with Kojima helping out or flat out making it himself.
