Sony is brave taking this to court. It's already been set as precedent that modding your own property is not illegal. Sony is going to have to prove malicious intent, intention to copyright infringe or pirate software.
Good luck with that Sony.
I am actually really cool with that. They should really make the trophies multiplayer and social interaction based so people will have incentive to play beyond their own pod.
Play all the easy trophy levels :)
Your just feeding the shock value they aim to get. Just deal with them and move on, your never going to clean away the scum of society but you can learn to give them a blind eye and stifle the attention they require to survive.
yea and gun ownership = murder
That's like saying CNN promotes terrorism and homicide since they report on it.
I agree with this list. I was either disappointed by all of these or didnt pick it up because of it being poorly received.
Truth is EVERYTHING is better without motion controlling. It is just wether you want to deal with it for immersion sake to use it or not. Sony knows this as well since 95% of move software is a dual control scheme.
Kinect does nothing to improve the way we play games? Hogwash. MS hasn't had a definitive piece of software but the hacks and support by MIT and other prestigious technological institutions only proves that the interface has potential and is a new form of digit...
It's worth it but saying no is all the rage by the folks who havent touched it.
U.S. Legal system disagrees
Good game But not worth $230 for the first year, $180 each additional alone. Being limited to level 20 in the beta we dont get access to the bulk of the content to offer but from the limited sampling given, I'd say pass till it's eventually free to play or the disc is sub $30. The only thing you pay extra for out of the gate are better naming options and the privilege of being a beta tester who's progress remains
Hackers aren't pirates. They are just people who believe they own the products they buy and find alternate solutions for software made to lock us out from accessing what we own. I for one support them, there should never be limitations to what someone can do with their own property.
Piracy is completely separate and I do believe pirates are the scum of the gaming industry. Just don't be so naive to think there isn't a difference between the two
Rename this article "I'm a whiny little self deprecating pessimist because..."
Crap list without any valid proof or logical conclusion
Make the disc the right size and it will fit
Apparently its a prototype maximum efficiency panty ruffler
It isnt overrated, its just immensely popular as a cheap phone game.
It's fine as a mobile time sink and actually a great game, not so much on a home console though. Not to mention the lack of a touch interface
Simple block recognition and puzzle management uses instinct, comprehensive thinking and motor skills which is about 17% of the 10% of the brain we utilize. Now try played all the blind games you mentioned with your tv off (effectively blind) and see how far you go
Agreed, its a game so nice I platinumed it twice
Looks like ME2 and RDR are the favorites for 2010. Lot of great games but those were the standouts for me as well.
