I bet it's running on Nvidia's Cg since the PS3 uses that, so there is no chance in hell it's going to be ported over to the 360, since that only supports Microsoft's own HLSL.
This is the reason why the ported PS3 games are running sluggishly compared to it's 360 counterpart, the developers are basicly porting over HLSL to the RSX instead of redoing all their work again to make it run prope...

lol Guitar Hero III is 1040x585 on PS3? rofl, all they've done is just taken up an SPU to do software scaling, so that's pretty much dumb of them...

MGS4 only used 40%-45% of the PS3's power, and I believe it, because Uncharted was only 30%.
It's mainly the SPE's that's the problem, and sadly, it will take them time to take advantage of them.

The PS3 is not bottlenecked, the Cell sorts out any of them, and memory?, it's 512MB, no questions asked, the Cell has access to both XDR & GDDR3 (Write), however, it reads GDDR3 very slow.., that link about Epic stating that PS3 is incapable of handling Gears is one of the most funniest statements I've ever heard, just more PR bollocks from them, and I'll just say that Epic had UE3 looking better on UT3 for PS3 than they did with Gears for 360...
