Works just fine on Win 10. Just install the game like normal and if for some reason the disk have an issue just go to your battle.net account and put the cd key in on the website and download the client. If you want to play just regular d2 you'll have to make it play in window mode sadly for it to work. This mod has it's own launcher that does all the work for you so you don't have to put it in window mode and what not.
I participated in the Google cloud streaming and honestly with my connection it was pretty solid. I have a 25 down that isn't the greatest reliability wise. There were barely any issues and while it may not have looked the cleanest as far as hd goes it was still beautiful.
Seems even in offline mode you still see the cameo ghost but it's just the developers. It doesn't effect the game. It's still strictly a single player experience so even with it on I think it'll be ok.

So three mega corporations have a return policy that allows the return of new things opened, and maybe some smaller ones do to, but that still doesn't change that fact that it's common practice to not allow open new returns. Those aren't the only places that exist. I never said all places don't allow you too just that it's common practice which is true.
The same does not go for accessories. I used to work at GS you can return any open new accessory and get money back so you're wrong on that part. Honestly can you explain how it's trash? Not returning new items once they are open is a practice that is in place pretty much everywhere. Their returns for used are hands down the best policy in the business. 7 days if you don't like it you can just straight get your money back? So again explain to me how it's trash?
It sounds like he either offered him a trade value OR a refund for in store credit for full price. Have any links to these websites that list months ahead of time? I only ever see the ones that are a week or so before. I'll eat crow if you can prove me wrong. Only thing I could find is Netflix's own website just list things 30 days out if it's leaving.
I mean you have no idea when netflix, hulu, amazon prime, hbo go, etc etc movies leave. It's the same type of service but for games. It isn't anything new.
Small little correction in your video. Gamers club unlocked only gave 20% off new not used. I mean not that it matters much most people didn't go to best buy to buy used anyway only went for the new copies.
