I think you should do a little more research as to what is being done that's new for the single player. The things they are doing are new to COD and going in a drastically different direction. Also you haven't seen any multiplayer footage or anything on it for that matter so before you say they need to do something new wait for all the details. If i remember correctly they said in an interview that they are changing the multiplayer drastically in this game.
Probably just boils down to money money money. Game companies seem to be much more greedy than other forms of entertainment. It would be awesome if they did that but i don't ever see them doing that. If digital prices were cheaper than the retail prices I would be all for digital but things as they are now it won't happen.
All digital in the form of console games wont happen for at least another system after the new ones. There are still too many people who want physical copies and as of right now the prices for the digital are the same its annoying. I don't mind downloading the games but I need a much much bigger HDD or like Nintendo let me use an external one.
Im pretty sure he was talking for consoles. Pc games have been mostly digital for a long time. Digital doesn't outweigh games sales in the form of console and of you think otherwise just look at gamestops amount of money they make.
Here I will list exclusives for you. Fable, halo, gears, forza, anything rare makes, first mass effect, blue dragon, lost odyssey, tales of vesperia, dance central, kinectimals. Im sure there's more but before you go saying things like that troll just think hard about how many exclusives there really are.

The definition of "real" games has changed because the market has changed. There's nothing wrong with casual games for casual people if that's not what you want then don't buy those types of games. It really doesn't look that gimmicky to be honest. Looks less gimmicky then the wii. I like the fact that more people are able to enjoy the hobby I've enjoyed for years. Wish everyone felt the same.

How was 7 the mark of ff's demise? 8,9, and 10 are regarded as being fantastic as well if ANYTHING marks it it's 12. I also have no idea why you're so upset? It was his opinion as well as that being yours but you and everyone else should know by now that all FF games are divided. I absolutely loved 7. Hated 8 and 10 but loved 9 and 12 was good. Never played any before that but I want to some day.
This game was so good. I remember and would love a remake or sequel but I don't think it will ever happen.

Its not day one gearbox said it comes out at most 90 days after the game comes out. Either way just pre order it and you're set.

It's honestly a great game. Everyone may cry about how its nothing like diablo two and in some cases its kind of a bummer but for the most part everything is done better. Besides i went back to go play D2 and its just not as good. If you ever come across 60 extra bucks pick it up or just wait for it to go on sale.
