The overall interest in this is kind of disappointing. The first one definitely wasn't the best DS game, but it was quite good. And they're fixing the controls, which was a big issue in the first title.
The wait is nearly over indeed.
I guess this is one of the surprises that Nintendo Power mentioned last month:

Big thing for me here is that the controls are being improved.
Yep. And I have faith in Shin'en since they created Nanostray.
Seriously, this does look impressive, and Shin'en is a great (and underrated) developer.
If you're talking about the PS3 vs. 360 sales, well...It's just not shocking to me, personally. The 360 just doesn't sell well in Japan. Pretty much all of the other systems (except the PSP go which was sort of a disaster and the PS2 which is years old) are outselling the 360.
Overall, sales were down tremendously over January. Not very surprising though since that was still continued off of the holidays.
I wonder how the Wii will do on the whole this month, though...There really aren't any big releases for the system.
PSP has been really strong the entire month.
It's the "Best" version, but it's not doing so bad considering it's a re-release.
Interesting, I think this is the first time one of the budget Wii titles charted. If it's not the first, it's one of the few times it has.
PSP software has been doing quite well in Japan. Now Sony just has to lower the price of the PSP go.
I'm actually not that surprised that Heavy Rain is already out of the top 10. RE5: Gold Edition is still doing okay.
I haven't played the Metal Max games before, but if this one is good, I'll consider playing it.
I don't know if I want voice acting in Zelda. Only if they can do it well. And don't give a voice to Link.
Blah, I'm so interested in this, but I just don't know about the voice acting...And I want new footage!
Things can change quickly in six years!
I'll keep an eye out for it, but I'm a little nervous. I just don't expect the game to be as good as Activision Blizzard saying it is. But...Who knows. Maybe I'm being too negative.
Not a problem. Not all developers need to create a multiplayer experience.
Don't think so.
I like the sound of blowing up a crane.
