I was in Walmart over the lunch hour and they had a little poster in the PS3 section: Enter "WALMART" at the main menu screen (how?) and unlock this Walmart racer"(Does this only work with the Walmart-bought copy?)
There's no conspiracy - crapload of PS3s were sold over the holdays, and many people set up PSN account the same week. Some still haven't, as they are just playing through the single player games right now.
It also doesn't seem to have too much to offer to rock fans over 25. I still love this game, but after unlocking all the songs, I'm thinking GH3 may have been a better choice for me. I'm only talking about music - the concept of having drums and a mic, still makes it a better game.
Maybe next week will be better. I want rock music.
It's not that they paid for additional content, it's that they paid for others NOT to have it. While it's perfectly acceptable business conduct, it still rightfully pisses off the PS3 owners.
The guy in the screenshot is Hotsuma from Shinobi on PS2 (most underrated game ever). Joe Musashi is from the old arcade/Sega Genesis games.
the other reasons being is that I don't want to spend $400 on the latest and greatest videocard every 6 motnths and a new $4000 "gaming" PC every year. And after having done that, the game still wouldn't be working, because, "Oh well, you need to clean up your registry, roll back the drivers, but not too far just to two versions ago, not three, reconfigure your video settings and change your system language to Korean. When you're all done, just sit patiently and wait for a patc...
They should have called it "Training Mode" instead of single player. I found it useful as it explainsevery game mode. The fact that they tried to add a story to the SP, does make it a bit misleading, but I did enjoy it as a tutorial. Now I gotta try the 3rd person mod...

But that's disappointing. A lot of times when I'm playing Warhawk on a user created server, I get kicked just for getting more points than the host. If they didn't have official servers, I think I would have lost the interest in online gaming.
... serious question: What does he mean there are "no dedicated servers"? Are there no "official" servers dedicated to certain games?

Your summary is misleading. In the article, when they say "streamlined" and "bloated and confusing" they are talking about number of hardware lines, not games.
Been playing Warhawk for 170 hours, experienced lag once, right before that server died. Played Resistnace for 10-15 hours, also no issues

I thought I was really sick of Burnout series by now, but after playing the demo... I'm IN! That was great. Wonder how online is going to be.
I liked the old traffic check mode, but this one is even better - it finally feels like your hitting other cars, not cardboard boxes. I hope they have the cop-chase mode like they did on the PSP version.
Definately a buy for me. The only thing I don't like is the lighting. Does anyone else thing the sunshine is kind of dull...

This is spam disguised as speculation disguised as news. We have enough gaming sites and until all software development moves to India (soon) I doubt an Indian gaming site can tell us anything that we don't already know.
I thought the graphics were horrible. But then again, the demo made me lose interest before I even got out of the cave.
