No I'm quite serious. For those working in the industry (including myself) - they know how much effort and work is required to get a game out - and in my opinion the price should go up - if the quality warrants it.
But it depends on where you live.
I'd definitely pay more for GoW3 than - lets say...Viva Pinata or something.
No. We're paying too less in my opinion.
Yes but football is football. What's stopping you from playing FIFA 10? or 11? We really don't need a new game every year which is more of the same: A sport which rules are laid down and will never change - thus the game will never really change either.
This is my general problem with sports games as a whole. We don't need 20 Madden games, 20 golf games, 20 soccer games all from the same franchise. Perhaps this was true 10-20 years ago - when we were playing with ...
meh
can we please let the FIFA franchise die?
It's soccer...can you visually see any difference to FIFA11? or 10? or 9?
FIFA is one of those franchises that really need to die.
10 was hailed to be the best one - and so was 11. Let's leave it at that.
I doubt Apple will integrate it into iOS - but it would be nice.
They already have crossed over - and it doesn't take much to even notice that the gravity gun is in the same shot too.
Am I reading this right???
"Although we can’t include the download link for this High-Resolution Textures Pack, we can provide you with the installation notes"
- "we can't include the download link"????
Are mods now considered cracks or illegal??? You have sooo got to be shitting me!
This "sequel" is going in all the wrong directions.
well my comment goes both ways really. So I definitely agree with you.
Well it's not what you know, but what you can prove in court.
Short answer: no
Long answer: nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oooooooooooooooooooooooooo
I love how Will looks like a vulcan from Star Trek ^^
You have to learn to appreciate a joke :P
This news deserves 4 posts! ^^
It's nice to see Valve acknowledging its existence, however as previously stated by Gabe - their next project might very well be DOTA - and then either CS2 or HL - so despite this news, it doesn't change the fact that we'll have to remain patient.
the real yawn is at you whiners. Enjoy the games already!
and that is why you never put projects you're currently working on, on a resume. gee.
I love seeing flame wars getting sparked by people who clearly do not understand this industry :)
OMG i wet myself
