o and M$ is already making profit right now on software and services for xbox.
so far people have purchased somewhere around 500 million dollars in M$ marketplace points!!
if you guys remember back when the orginal xbox was started...bill gates said that M$ has put 20 billion aside for the xbox and it's future.
so until they get close to a 20 billion lose...we have nothing to worry about.
most of the articles that ran that story titled it..."Microsofts 20 billion dollar gamble".
looks like M$ is set to win that bet.

people people...chill. it has been stated by Ubi Soft that the game is delayed for stratigic reasons.
they pushed it to Oct (a couple of weeks)for the holiday season. (their #1 money making time)
my guess is also because RB6-vegas comes out in Sept too.

becareful...samsung tv's have the worst lag issues of all HD tv's right now.
again you can see the list on ign. alot of samsungs on the bad list. however they do have some on the lag free list to.
just be careful about game lag that alot of hd tv's are having...check out ign's web site...they have a list of tv's that have been reported with lag issues
and also a list of ones with out.
treyarch is doing CoD3 which is wwII. CoD4 however is Int. Ward and is a Modern war game...they said CoD3 is the last WWII game for the CoD franchise.
all this is in the new OXM along with Saints Row demo which is great btw.

both systems will sell like crazy (in the 360 case it already is)...both will be around for along time...both will benefit from each other...and ALL gamers are going to play some great games no matter which system they go with.

i have to agree with the Mass Effect statement. have you guys seen the in-game walk through?!
i showed my wife, who could careless about games, and even she was in disbelieve.
good time to be a gamer with GoW and Mass Effect coming our way...to name a few out of the many.
i try not to get into going back and forth with others about this stuff but that was funny.
damn, i can't believe that atari would say that. i don't think atari said that ...that web site had to of made that line up about xbox 1.5. just like atari would not make comments against the Wii or PS3.

Nin., Sony, and M$ has all done their share in making a new idea standard on the other console. It is just right now we are seeing M$ being the role model.
i will use M$ in this example...every gamer should be happy M$ came into the fold...Why? because they made the Hard Drive and online gaming a standard for CONSOLES. they sealed the idea of a single online idenity.
