Trading in my copy today. I haven't been so disappointed in a hyped game since Too Human. All these 6-7 reviews are pretty much spot on.
Nothing is wrong with Titanfall. It delivered what was promised which is a fast pace online shooter with great action. It was a successful game for a newly formed company and people still plays it daily. Kind of funny how this article all of a sudden shows up on the heel of all these talk regarding the low review scores and disappointment od Destiny.
You took the words out of my mouth. That is how I feel about this game. By next week, I expect to see a pile of used copies on the Gamestop used game section.
If Sony was the one buying mine craft (which is impossible due to lack of fund), most of you would be saying something along the like "yes, Sony add another AAA exclusive to the PS4, MS RIP". When MS does it, they are wasting money. Go figure. 😏
FYI, MS has over 80 billion in reserved cash money so they can buy and overpay for whatever they want.
Cross platform. Could you imagine a Minrcraft 2 with a bigger budget behind it and updated graphics that caj be crossed play between XB1, PC, and smart phones? That is a huge coup for MS. Again, Mine craft sold over 50 millions and that is as valuable if not more valuable than a mega franchise like GTA.

We learn that a small independent startup team like Respawn can score better than juggernauts like Bungie and UBisoft.
I rated Titanfall first, watchdog second, and Destiny to be the worst of the bunch. I think the best FPS so far this year is Wolfenstein..even tough it is not an online shooter. It has the story, pacing, very little repetitiveness, and exciting gameplay that are missing in Destiny.

What is the point? The thing sits in the entertainment unit underneath my TV. It is not like a phone or a laptop in which portability is a factor.
Every one of my purchase were based on reviews(on sites that I trust)..except.. oddly enough Destiny. Reviews Save me the hassle of blindly buying games that I want like Ryse and Battlefield 4(with all the issues that game has online). Yup..I fell for the Destiny hype and now I am regretting buying it as I felt the same way about it as many of the 6-7 reviews it have gotten. Luckily i got the physical copy of the game and I can trade it back and at least get $40 back.
It is currently at 75 in metacritic so it is an avg game like what many believe it is. It is not as bad as Haze or as good as borderland but sits somewhere in the middle.

You are trying too hard with your defense. Don't know why though as it is not like Destiny is an exclusive to your system. The hate and disappointment comes from both camp.
Easy...it is all about preferences in games and services you like. Just like android phones are more powerful than the iphone but it is the ecosystem like ios, apps, and software that just work is why some people chooses Apple over Samsung. For me the constant updates to the OS and upcoming games like sunset overdrive, Horizon 2, Killer Instinct season 2, and MCC really is the deciding factor for me to choose the XB1 this year even though I'm a primary PC gamer.

He's been on all the low scoring Destiny reviews and say the same 'how the reviewers from reputable site like Gamespot and Giantbomb' are bias and out to destroy the game and Sony and yet, he praises the 2 unknown sites/blogs like ps4home, funny enough, that give high scores without explaination as to why. 😒

Mmo stands for massive multiplayer online..and going on repeated side quest with a couple of buddies is not massive.
