That is odd. Last time this happened it was in the insider program and they accidentally put the whole OS up for download instead of just the update file.
I don't know why a "normal" console would do it, unless they got a system update last night and it was botched in the same way.

Exclusive still means the same thing as it always has, if you have different words paired with it like "console exclusive" and you can't figure out what that means, then you probably need to take an English course instead of reading N4G.

They are new to a lot of people. There are probably a lot of PS4 owners that never played any of those games because they weren't born yet or were just little kids.

Listen, I hate Kinect as much as the next guy but if we are going to pick and choose what games we count based on what we like, then the PS4 has been a monumental failure of a console for me.
It has 1 really good game, and a couple decent ones, and a whole bunch of garbage I couldn't give two shits about.
