Same here. I need to remember to go delete the game so it doesn't auto update.
I'll likely never play it a second time anyway.
Good point.
There's no way you could possibly enjoy the game properly if you weren't able to be superior to the other consoles owners at the same time.
I mean, really, who in the Hell wants to play a game knowing that somebody else in the other camp is getting the same experience as you are?
/s
I don't see any reason to get mad about this, unless you don't like seeing other people dancing in the tower. lol
It isn't hurting anything.
If they start selling Three of Coins then maybe I'd get worried, but even that is a crapshoot, and it's easy enough to buy a ton of them anyway.
As long as they aren't directly selling better equipment I'm not concerned.
There is a post on the preview forums that gives a little insight into their decision on who got in.
It wasn't just the points on the preview leaderboard.
It was a combination of that, as well as feedback posted on the forums, and feedback directly posted through the console.
Which makes sense, they want as many different kinds of feedback as they can get. It's still pretty rough around the edges, and there has been like 5 more updat...
If they can make it work with just a regular headset that's fine, but I can't imagine why anyone would want that.
I don't want to wear my headset when I'm watching TV or playing a single player game, just so I can talk to Cortana.
Just my opinion, it's no skin off my teeth if they add it, so hopefully they make it work for you. I just feel that it will be a better experience with Kinect, personally.
Anyway, very much loo...
I'd call this a beta. You just have to pay for it.
OK... This is pretty cool.
Precisely.
The writers and artists and such don't just magically become coders at the end of the dev cycle when they are polishing up the game.
And they obviously aren't writing anything new or designing anything new to be added at this point, so why WOULDN'T they be working on the next thing?
To me it depends on what kind of person you are.
If you are the type that has to have the best of everything, and you can't stand seeing other people running around with stuff you can't get, then it might be a little rough for you.
That is part of what got me to quit a year ago. I got to the point where the only thing I didn't have was all the Raid gear, and I didn't have a team to run the Raid with, so it was out of my reach. And it bugged ...
I wish I was as optimistic as you are.
I'm thinking if it hasn't happened yet it might not happen at all.
Maybe those things never sold that well, I don't know.
I just HATE having that wire connected to my controller. I always move around and catch it on something and yank the thing off my head.
I miss my wireless headset so much. :(
Sony fans liked that approach better, too.
At least until Sony started making all the side deals this gen.
Personally I think it is annoying from either side.
I want to play Tomb Raider on Xbox, but the game isn't going to be better because PS4 people have to wait.
I wanted to play Destiny on Xbox but I didn't get to play a bunch of the game because of one of these stupid deals.
I understand why they ...
The more important question: Do I have any chance of CARING if it catches up or not?
The answer is no. It doesn't really matter to me.
Cool, let them go.
I'm sure there are plenty of people that would be ecstatic to take the open jobs.
I like it. lol
It really is a fantastic game.
Isn't this the same thing they showed at the reveal?
At least the same location and everything, I mean?
I'm not really generalizing.
Look it up, last I checked something like 2/3 of game Kickstarters failed to deliver.
The ones that actually delivered on time can probably be counted on one hand.
I just think Kickstarter is a scam.
Not a single one of those games has a tiny bit of appeal to me, and I'm down about 800 bucks on failed Kickstarter projects, so I think I'll just go on disliking it. ;)
I'm not sure what CoD has to do with complaining about a broken mess of a game.
This game has been terrible on both consoles since day one but everyone is too concerned about it being "huge", "open world", and "pretty" that they are giving it a pass on being a buggy and unoptimized mess.
