Ya true, SOME people did, others like me bought it for the Blu-Ray, Web Browser, 7.1 Surround, Other OS (when we had it), Sixaxis, Memory card slots (early models), Full HD support and overall a quality Sony product.

Possible typo? If it is 780p, Im glad that they squeeze as much as they can out of the GPU. Some can't even reach 720p so they do 544p... (CoD)
