Of course Sony wont sue him. At least he hasn't released the code to everyone and been a real douche like Geohotz (or w/e his name is).
Its a shame he came out and tweeted it but the main thing is hes kept it under wraps. If he hasn't gone online to ruin other peoples experiences or pirate anything, he has my respect.
