Indeed, Motorolla can charge what they want. To alot of people $60/£40 is too much to pay for games. You dont see the public taking game publishers to court for it. Its the same with torrented software. People download things like Photoshop which is like £900. This is cos they cant afford it, once again, they aren't taken to court because of the price. Its not really that stupid that only 30 seconds of clips are allowed. Say you were allowed to upload a full 20 minute game. Over 5 million people play this game. Times 5 million by 20 minutes and then times THAT by 6 (recording slots)....Do you know how much the space that would take and the cost of the servers to store all that information would be? We're talking about Activision here who said no to dedicated servers on the PC for MW2.
