The way I see it thus far from this E3 debacle is that MS is like a bored women who just fakes her orgasim to get things over and done with to ensure her man follows her around no matter what.
WH40K was around ages ago and is huge influence on games. The Space Marines of the Imperium of Man has probably influence Gears and Star Craft to a certain degree, their armour, bulkiness and wargear for example.

I've lost faith in them long agao when I had to go through 2 x360. My first x360 lasted 10 minutes out of the box brand new! My second one lasted 10 months, which I did self repairs by increaing the ventilation and added additional fans for cooling and it hanged on for another 4 months before totally crapping out.
Whereas my launch 60gig PS3 is still going with no signs of any issues, my Wii is still going.

If you look at the person's arm in the air from the elbow and compare it his avatar it leads to me to believe that either Kinetics is really laggy or not very accurate, or that the person was overly excited and kind of forgot about the script his supposed to stick to.
Seems like MS has done this on purpose as a mean of diversion and to ensure that everyone present will leave with a different impression, depending on what they saw at that particular moment. It's a psychology trick in which visual and audio stimulus is applied to overload the senses to help create the illusion.

At $200 AUD that's almost the same price as a x360 arcade and almost half the price of a PS3.
I think MS may have a bundle deal or the price will alienate a large percentage of users who's not made of money. It will be like the PS3 launch all over again, way too pricey for most. But then again the PS3 offered a hell of a lot more then just a webcam that can track objects in 3D.

The PS2 is still going, guess the PS2 game library has lots to offer in all different gernre.
On a seriuos note I can see in Japan at least that the PS2's lifecycle is fast coming to an end and Sony will phase out the PS2 to force those sitting on the fence to purchase the PS3 since there no other alternative for those who wants to get a PS console. Unless they get a second hand PS2 that is.

Just comes to show that clever game design can really make a game enjoyable. DS graphics is good but not jaw dropping but the game's atmosphere and scope is what make this game top notch.
Here's hoping Sony and From Software makes a sequel with update graphics, bigger world with more interaction. Hell if they make an oblivion open world like game with similar game design and mechanics, I'll buy it in a heartbeat!
I don't think Sony is rash or foolish enough to make such a move when they have an idea what the competition is doing.
They either have new things to show that they hope to counter the competition (new IP, new addon features, etc), or they done it intentionally to help blunt some of the competitions wow factor. Could be both.
This will be an interesting E3 no doubt.
So they focused more on 1st party studios, because real exclusive is when you own it. Sony knew that they could not match MS pound for pound when it came to buying exclusives, so they bought studios and expanded on existing ones to ensure a steady stream of PS3 exclusive.
Because at the end of the day 3rd party studios can be compared to mecrs, where loyalty is to the highest bidder until the tides of war changes, in this case user base numbers.

I have to agree with you, Grave of the Fire Fly even though an amine, is an emotionally charged movie as it looks at the very core of human needs and suffering but in this case children. It is also significant as it somewhat based on real life events that the director of the movie experienced in his life
Another movie also from Japan is 'Nobody Knows", also based on abandon children and has a similar theme to Grave of the Fire Fly' but it is not an amine.

If I remember correctly, there was a sauna test done on the PS3 and it lasted some crazy amount of hours. Its been a while and this was with the phat 60-80giga models.
This was a year of two back when the PS3 was getting hammered for bad press for whatever reasons and I clearly remember reading this article that was a positive one.
