Personally, I would see the PS4 as having the most people that would buy a digital version over a physical version for many reasons.
First, you can use remote play to play any PS4 games on your Vita and technically, you can only have 1 disc at a time. "Assuming no one's home to change the disc" Whereas the HDD can hold multiple games.

Dice is simply putting Zero effort in the console version of the game.
Other games will beat Battlefield 4 and Killzone SF is a great example of that.
Hell, most PC gamers are envious of not being able to get KZ SF for PCs

If you say there's no games for the Vita... then decrease that number 10 to 25 times and you get the Wii U.
The Vita had a lot to announce at Gamescom, not the actual conference but behind the scene, a ton of games are coming, but the Wii U's games are bassically the same found on PS3/PS4 or Xbox 360/One, if they actually get some.

AMD only had the advantage in getting the console market because they had the CPU as well as the GPU and they could make it significantly cheaper than going Intel+NVIDIA.
NVIDIA will be doing CPUs, the NVIDIA Shield is a good example and the CPUs will be released in 2015 from what I heard.
I would really want to see a generation of console where 1 console has AMD, another has NVID...
