Not really, you're PS4 is compatible with HDMI 2.0.
Just like every other version, it's an upgraded version, just like having an update for your PC and not a completely different OS.
It's just twice as better as the previous one "HDMI 1.4"
Don't let the 2.0 fool you, it's still an HDMI cable, it's retro-compatible, they didn't change the format.
