I agree, it isn't a good trend. Flock is terrible IMO. I would say it isn't worth anything over $7.
Consumers need to speak with their wallet and not on impulses. DD are designed to make it easier for impulsive spending. If enough consumers resists on making $15 purchases, companies need to rethink their pricing strategy.
So far, people are still buying a lot of games at $60 which basically gives all these companies the green light to keep it at $60.
The only reason why Microsoft wanted to limit file size in the first place is because of their harddrive situation which would have hurted more people in the end. Why should a game get cut back because of a limit?
As for the price, you can blame consumers, if consumers accept the price obviously publishers will continue charging the price besides PS3 owners can share the game up to 4 other people. So 15 divided by 5 is $3. Not that bad really.
Hopefully, they add the Japanese dubbed in the final version.
In terms of demos and all, it's great to be a PS3 owner. Just get it from another region. Like for VC demo, I just got it from Europe instead of getting Qore.
It's not much of a sales spike if PS3 has been beating the Wii for over the last 8 weeks. So far, by consoles sold this year in Japan, PS3 is winning.
I think the primary reason why MH is so successful on the PSP is the portability. Japanese want to be able to play on the train and on the go which is why the handheld market in Japan is so big.

The PS3 version looks better. The bluray case fits in with all the blue. I prefer the PS3 cover, not at all distracting compare to the 360 version. The green and white really throws it off.
Now now, it isn't just Sony's victory. There are a lot of other companies in the association. Microsoft is welcome, all they need to do is leave their pride at the door.
I hope they make a bundle with a bluetooth or even eyetoy. I say eyetoy because I remember one of the feature mention before is using the eyetoy to video chat with squad during online play.

If you have a PS3, you can do what I do sometimes. Wait for the sale to pop up and hope like crazy MvC2 is one of the title. Chances are close to none.
I'm not liking the whole $15 DD thing. It feels like it's starting to drift into a deadly road. I tried Flock and that game is not worth $15 IMO. Sooner or later, other DL will be $15.
I agree, this is censorship. Apparently a lot of people can't handle the truth right away. I bet if USA was winning the war in Iraq and doing awesome, we would have seen 5 games on it already.
Let's look at how many Vietnam war or even the Korea war games we had compare to WWII. Not so many on Vietnam and Korea. Why? Because we didn't do too good in those two war. So this is in fact either the public denying and being sore losers or just pure ignorant.
I don't know, ever since Microsoft, this trends been growing faster and faster especially after Microsoft paid R* for exclusive DLC. So, until Microsoft decides to stop pouring money into exclusive DLC, this will only get worse.
I'm pretty sure the fact that' it's on Home already confirms that it's exclusive. Otherwise it would be false advertising.
Home has a huge potential and so far, I strongly believe it's the perfect trojan horse for advertising.
As for the Joker exclusive, Eidos is making harder and harder for me to resist buying this game.
Well, they did this to SF2 beta on the 360, so it's not like they are playing favorite. I guess it's how Capcom rolls, suck but that's how they roll.
