Well, as a PS3 fan, I never downplay XBL Summer of Arcade because it was never a bad idea.
Nor am I calling it the best thing ever. All I care is that I buy it at the price that falls within my limit. As long as PSN has sales on titles I want, I don't care if it's preorder or just a price drop.
All this is right now is just a promotion strategy, so I don't give a damn if Microsoft copy Sony or Sony copy Microsoft as long as it benefits the consume...
I finish most of my games but not all of them. Some of them I just don't have time for and eventually lose interest or some games I bought out of hype and didn't have the will to bear through trying to finish it.
If it's a sequel, then I might consider the 3DS. Otherwise, I'll pass.
I hope you are well aware that the PS3 is region free. So it really doesn't matter where you purchase your PS3 game from as long as you understand the language which DP contains the English language as well as Japanese.
Why wait? I bought L4D+L4D2 for $7.50 during the steam summer sale.
It's also on PS3 already.

Edit:
Sometimes, I wish N4G would make you give a reason for a disagree. I would love to know what there is to disagree about a fact.
Well, I'll enjoy it while it last and then sell it before the eventual announcement of Ultimate MvC3 AE or whatever edition.
I'm just tired, they've released 8-10 NFS games in the last 6 years.
That's too many.
So you're suggesting they waste more resources on a pretty much lost cause AND let time/disappointment in SE damper the success of the title many of us are waiting for? FFXIV is pretty much Titanic right now, the best you can do is send out the lifeboat. The hull has been long breach and the ship has sank pretty far deep. We got a lot of MMOs out there. If you can't show anything worth while and charge a fee, you can pretty much guarantee the ship of success has long departed. Sometim...
I rather they focus those resources else where like FFVs.XIII. That title was announce long before FFXIII-2 and FFXIV. Yet we got FFXIV and will get FFXIII-2 before FFVs.XIII.
Instead of giving what fans are demanding, they go ahead and waste resources on titles that should be second priority.
Marvel wins, hands down.
I doubt it's an oversight, they probably are going to repeat what they did with the PSP.
First one will lack the output while the later models will gain the "new" feature.
As much as I probably know this will be true, I am mostly going to get the PSVita day 1.
I honestly prefer the 2012 release date with so many titles I want to own/plan to get. Works better on my budgeting and gives me more time to actually enjoy the titles I plan to get instead of being overwhelmed.
Well, I still have an sixaxis lying around which I occasionally use just because it's fully charged or whatever.
Schooled. Not learned.
What? Surely you can do better than free. =] Getting paid to own it is ideal.
Perhaps it's him and a roommate who do not want to disturb the third or fourth roommate. Maybe they want to be courtesy to others. Strange right?
It's a very valid question and not stupid at all.
OT: I wish I could answer that and I actually would like to know the answer as well.
Chances are it will be a paid DLC.
I advise my friend in partaking in these deals only because a lot of times you can do better finding deals if you buy them seperate combine with the fact that often that most people aren't looking for a powerful pc.
I still can't understand why people make this feature sound like a make-all end-all feature.
I honestly would barely if at all use cross-chat. I seldom use in game chat as it is. While my friends and I all tend to have very different taste in games, we have no problem using the text chat to get a few message across. Once we do that, we get back to our game. Often time, what they message me about is something I rather not focus my attention on. If it was XChat, then they...
