I don't doubt Sony. I just think e3 means more to gamers than what we got this year as a whole. It was a lackluster e3 altogether.
I am sure Sony will show great stuff in the near future. But saying e3 isn't important to them is wrong. They have had great e3 showings in the past years. Are those not important to them? Do people not get excited when they show new stuff at e3?
And honestly I don't think it is a big deal that their e3 was...
You people don't read.
God of War looks amazing! I as I stated before. It isn't desperation. What do I need to be desperate for? I'm not a fanboy of PC, Nintendo, Microsoft or Sony. I own all big three consoles.
Saying they didn't have anything to SHOW isn't stating they didn't have anything. Nothing to show for e3, that isn't a big deal because there was still a decent amount even they people would like more.
Just remember these comments the next time Sony comes in big during e3. The next time they "Win" e3.
Also all you down voters and repliers seemed to have missed my point.
All I am saying is that e3 is important for the fans/consumer. And that they didn't have anything that they wanted to show as of yet. And that it is NOT a big deal. But disappointing to us consumers/fans.
Yoshida is just responding to the fact people are saying ...
You guys seriously lack logic. Metered Prime 4 being announced just confirms to fans that Metroid is being made and to expect a reveal soon. That is a great thing. Haters gonna hate.
Wrong dude, e3 was bad. Sony is the company that always gets a "Free Pass".
Sony's track record is that they have survived 20 years in the industry solely off of 3rd party. Not their exclusives. They still couldn't make a PS All Star game. Their exclusives are icing on the cake. Sony isn't Nintendo when it comes to exclusive in house IP. They rely on bought rights to titles such as Nier, Destiny Exclusive content and much more. When other companies do it they are the devil.
Sony highly relies on 3rd party support. Microsoft used to hav...
Sorry but wrong. E3 is always important. They just didn't have much to show. Except it, it isn't a big deal. But disappointing. Yoshida is just talking out of his ass because people were disappointed.
Lol of course you fanboys are like "I knew Sony was holding back, best system ever!"
The fact of the matter is this, they didn't have anything ready to show. If they were holding back then why did they show a remake of Shadow of the Colossus? A game that has already had an HD Remaster.
God of War was mostly enhanced Cutscenes, because the gameplay didn't look as good. Not saying it doesn't look amazing but again Sony using enhanced scenes to ...
If Sony's exclusives are so good then it wouldn't effect Sony in a negative way at all. I mean all the fanboys rant how Sony has soooo many exclusives.
It's a solid fighting game and is a lot of fun. Kind of like a Power Stone game. Which was a lot of fun.
Tekken 7 and injustice 2 are different style of fighting games. And ARMS will have free DLC.
I think in a year we have those of two games, that another good fighting game should be welcomed. Because you as a gamer win.
Use periods
OtakuDJK1NG is right. Why are you hating on Zelda when so many have created elements in gaming that almost every game has taken from.
The development team of BotW clearly stated that Elder Scrolls games and the like were an inspiration. Nothing wrong with other developers taking cues from BotW and incorporating them into their games.
If they do make a full fledged console version of Pokemon then I wouldn't expect to see it this year. That is what I personally want, and having it on the go would be awesome too.
I agree with Foxtrot on this one. It should be on the Switch also, especially because it really needs games to succeed and this would help.
But I am hoping that they are working on a Pokemon game that uses Breath of the Wilds engine. I mean it would be perfect for it. Espec...

Sony didn't push them out of the console mix. The Wii was it's own thing and so was the Wii U. 3rd parties pushed them out, probably because of business and politics. Gamecube was a beast, it lost to Sony because they buy the exclusive rights to 3rd party games to sell their system. A tactic frowned upon by Sony fanboys when other companies do it.
Also PC has a hand in this, the second biggest gaming market next to portable and phones.
...
All systems still lack games people! PS4 has been out for 4 years and is reaching the end of it's cycle in a few years. Given all that time, the system barely has any games. Garbage Indies and yearly rereleases do not count.
I agree but will go even further. Wii was out for 7 years, I hated the Wii. I loved it for VC but they trickled out VC content during those 7 years.
So there is no excuse it doesn't have every single NES, SNES, and N64 game available. Also Gameboy and GBA.
I'm a Nintendo fan, but man wtf with Virtual Console? It should have had the same amount of games as Wii U VC on day one.
Nintendo should totally service people who download all their games for free. That's where the money is.
Also their will always be people who don't own them. And the best part is, you don't have to buy it!
People aren't saying it's better than either. PSN blows btw, compared to XB Live, it blows. Hideous set up, expensive, free "shit" games, always updating and dropping connection. Always going offline in certain areas for hours on end.
People are happy with what Nintendo is offering for $20 a year. It is a good deal. And you will get great classic games. Just because they are old doesn't mean they suck. That's just idiotic.
LOL, PS4 Pro is way weaker and XBX doesn't get 4K?! What a joke.
This actually helps the theory that Sony is making sure the XBX version is gimped. There is no way it can't run 4K.
What a joke of a company Sony is, and I love all the cronies stating how Sony is great for this. This is absurd and absolute trash. Destiny 2 shouldn't sell for the same price then on XBX.
