Look at all the PS3 fans whinging over 'no grass' on the PS3 version of Mafia 2.
NEWSFLASH FOR THOSE PS3 PEOPLE : YOU ARE STILL PLAYING THE SAME GAME.
Mass Effect 2 will turn out fine on PS3. Whether the game will look worse/run worse, perhaps it might, but the gameplay is still the game (same story, shooting,etc etc)
The only thing it will suffer at is sales. I don't see it selling nearly as many as the 360 version did, simply because the majority of people have already played it. Common sense really

All I can say is FINALLY the PC gets an opitmised game for the PC, instead of those usual sub-par ports from consoles.
The game looks drop dead gorgeous at highest settings while playing.
Though, people might find me silly for doing this, I am still going to get it for 360, even though the graphics were inferior, the gameplay was the same. I had just the same amount of fun + achievements and big screen TV to help with the experience.

There are only 3 games on PS3 that look better then any 360 game
Uncharted 2, Killzone2 and GOW3. Soon to be 4, with GT5.
So thats only 4 games.
99% of multi platform games look much better on 360. Therefore more games look better on 360 then PS3.

Mafia 2 for both PS3 and 360 are really poor ports. My laptop, which includes a graphics card that is slightly weaker then what you get in a 360, runs Mafia 2 better and it also looks better.
Of course on my high end PC, the game looks incredible, as it should, since PC was the lead platform.
But now you know how us PC gamers feel 99% of the time when we get crappy ports from consoles. Suck it up, it's just one game.
It's sad how the PS3 version needs to had extra goodies to keep up with the 360 version sales wise.
Hopefully PS3 version of Brotherhood won't be a blurry/low detailed texture mess, like PS3 AC2 was.
But it probably will be and giving exclusive single player maps etc is Ubisofts way of saying "Sorry for yet another inferior version" :D
It's able to kill something from LAST GENERATION?! Really!?! Not a big achievement.
This pretty much proves that the majority of the 360S sales were just rebuys from existing 360 owners, otherwise we would of seen software go up as well.
And before someone says "PS3 slim was just rebuys". That is not correct, since software sales for the PS3 received a huge jump when slim came out, therefore a lot of them were fresh purchases.

This will be the first time in a long time, that I will get a multi-platform game on the PC instead of 360. Nice to see that FINALLY a developer put extra effort into polishing the PC version, unlike most PC ports. I mgiht actually buy it instead of downloading it ;) because of this

Blame Sony and their difficult architecture. Time = Money. You can't expect a developer to spend more time on a platform that has the lowest userbase.

I must say, it does look pretty bad compared to the 360/PC version.
I am actually surprised the PC version doesn't look MILES better then the 360 version and yes, I am playing on max settings. Yes, of course it looks better, but the graphics jump between the 360 and PC version, isn't as big as the hardware jump between high end PC hardware and 360 hardware.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but ergonomically, as far as Carpel Tunnel prevention, the keyboard+mouse setup is nearly as bad as the PS3 controller. 360 controller is best way to go. Thankfully you can hook a 360 controller up to the PC anyway, though not much need, since there isn't many games on PC anyway..
People always seem to forget that your HEALTH is important when gaming and this includes your HANDS.
From an ergonomic perspective, the PS3 controller is horrible. Main cause begin the 'claw' grip that is required to hold it, in combination with the analog sticks being in an unnatural position to your thumbs. So what can this cause?
Short term - not much damage
Long term (later in life) - Carpel Tunnel Syndrome (especially if you are some...

Nowadays 99.9% of the games can already be played on PS3/360.
My PC hardly gets any use anymore. I am thoroughly enjoying Starcraft 2, but wow thats only 1 game. The PC gaming library is seriously seriously lacking.
I guess at least, theres Diablo 3 to look forward too.
