I'm glad the investment in new IP paid off. This is an important statement to the industry. When this game makes it to a bundle the sales should really explode.
Well, I would be willing to bet they are delaying it because they have no software to back it up currently.
With the struggle it seems to be for them to even support the consoles they have it seems unlikely they are in the position to add VR to the mix.
Yes, it's way more than you thought because it's not true.
Well you could always play the actual Horizon and Horizon 2 which will probably be out before this thing.
Wow they can't even use their own terminology just bold faced imitation.
Well whatever I guess in 3-4 years Xbox owners can play a Horizon Clone
“We’re probably a few years away from it being able to really work ON XBOX”
Fixed.
No thanks, I prefer my "gaming consoles" to ya know, have games.
First it's not just about total sales... which is a statistic that Sony is winning anyways. They are selling nearly 4x the software.
Then you talk about different flavors of soda... and this is what it is about. The fact that Sony has a huge variety of games. And they release games of different genres all the time. No matter what type of game you like on PS4 you have a MUCH wider variety of choices. And if big multi-platform games are your thing PS4 has those too.
...
Are you joking... Sony has more retail exclusives most months than Microsoft has all year. And the same will be true next year and the year after that and the year after that too.
Microsoft investment in games is a laughable at best.
hehe
I have seen a lot more requests for more games than I have seen for mid gen consoles....
And his claim that more power wasn't a response to Sony is just ridiculous, all he does is compare the two. If the Xbox had been the more powerful console from the start and then they made a more powerful console I would believe it.
The truth is Microsoft thought they were losing this generation because Sony had a more powerful console overlooking the horrible l...
Well... I wouldn't recommend an i5 to a friend. Almost all modern games can use 6 to 8 threads. Currently I would recommend an AMD 1600 or a 1700. I personally consider them to be the best value, the 1600 is cheaper than the top end i5 and it has 6 cores and 12 threads and the same cache as the 8 core R7, it's the best value at the moment.
@Lennoxb63
Microsoft is trying to sell the X in 2017 not 2013. In 2017 PS4 has more retail exclusives games each month than Microsoft has lined up for the entire year.
Talking about the game line up from 4 years ago isn't going to sell consoles today.
Maybe, I think it'll just be a bundle though to be honest. Something like Uncharted 4 and Horizon for $400.
I think the point is that most of the games will be coming to PS4. These are small teams who can only afford to work on one platform at a time. Most of those games started on PC now they are going to Xbox and then they will be on PS4/Switch.
And even if Indies are the big thing it's not like PS4 has suddenly stopped getting them. There are tons of new Indies every week on PS4 heck they just announced Undertale one of the biggest indie gems from 2016.
Well one things for sure it's not for people who like single player games.
If true that's terrible news for gaming. Hopefully Ubisoft can find investors with enough capitol to stop it.
Yea it's totally not the lack of games. It's just that everyone who isn't interested in Xbox live in cardboard boxes.

So a $1000 Intel chip with 10 cores barely outperforms 8 core Ryzen at $450. Not to mention ThreadRipper will be out with 16 Cores and has a rumored price of $849 to again regain the performance crown.
lol This is so obviously an incorrect statement. This is plainly just false advertising. It's basically $275 RX580 (6tf) paired with a $50 Jaguar CPU. A multi thousand dollar CPU is basically a dual Geforce 1080ti's that's pushing 25TF
I can understand trying to hype up your products but this is just a lie.
