Usually Home, but once in a while I got logged out of PSN too (very very rarely). So I would presume it's not a network issue
Oh, and I usually need more than 1 try to log into Home most of the times (usually 2-3 tries before I get connected)
Ah, one last thing. I usually get disconnected when I try to move between the areas
