2009 is expected to be the worst year of the ongoing crisis, with many expecting recovery in early-mid 2010 (hopefully). As the year goes on with suffering businesses and job losses on the rise, consumer electronics can't be expected to be booming when reality hits. I don't think consoles and games are going to be isolated from the adverse effects.
