no excuse to not relase at least 1 virtual conosle release a week. There are plenty of classic games yet to come out. Thats what I want more than sub par wiiware and dsiware titles

if games ever became playable only with an online connection the gaming industry wont get a penny more from me ( a hardcore gamer for 23 years)
2011 will be the year of the 3DS. I am predicting home console sales will slow down along with the software. The only standout game sales and "console" sales in 2011 will come from the 3ds. It will outsale everything else on the market by a wide margin.

yes its fun but you cant die. Also the graphics are amazingly "cute". The game is not for hardcore gamers its targeting children. Very young children. But older gamers will also get it. There are many hidden branching paths for the "hardcore" however. The game is the ideal argument for games as art.

even just another remake of mario 64 would be good. The control would be so much better using the new pad. Plus included 3d enhancemets. Better yet how about mario 64 too with the above mentioned mario 64 included as a bonus!

id buy another wii if you could transfer wiiware and virutal console games you already purchased onto a second personal wii. But since nintendo doesnt allow this they are losing more sales.
isnt Decemember traditionally a slow release time for games? The majority of "Holiday" titles come out in Oct and nov, after that a few may trickle out in Dec sometimes none. This is no different than years past.
yep and with incomes lower I think in 2011 it would be wise for game companies to focus on a few AAA titles rather than lots of mediocre games. As much as gamers would like they just dont have the disposable income that they used too.
another thing the wii2 must have is the ability to transfer over all virtual console and wiiware games bought on the wii. I will not buy them again.
yes it may may be, nintendo is holding out for 90% of households to have 1080 p glasses free 3D tv before releasing Wii2. Id say thats at least 5 years off.
what happens when the servers go down in a decade? I can still enjoy my Great NES games that are 25 years old now. It does not promote longeitivity. To me thats important with games. Also I also believe games should always be playable online or off. If the internet goes down you should still be able to play an offline game. Every online game should always have a substantial offline component.
