its only worth it if you get alot of content. Grand theft auto was a good example of this. For a little money you get basically the whole game from another perspective. things like outfits and weapons for cash are bad for the industry those should all be unlockable in the game
i think the $60 game should be complete mulitplayer all DLC and everything. A basic version of the game should be half the price and you can pick and choose which dlc and if you want multiplayer you pay extra. It seems like this would be a good model for the future.
i just wonder will the systems know used games from borrowed games? If it means a game can only be played on one console and you wont be able to play it on later versions of the console would really hurt sony (which likes to make new versions of systems)
many gamers wait for $60 games to fall to $30 or less or get in a buy 2 get 1 free sell. Budget concious times.
probably the same new super mario with wiis we saw at e3 last year more of the same. What would be cool is a repeat of the snes days where the system releases with a top tier mario game packed in !
how will they differentiate borrowed games from rented games?
Also i wont buy the games if they cant be played on future versions of the consoles I may buy.
ninja gaiden 3 is one of those games thats great in its own way but surprises fans of the series so much in the change of style and direction of the series. This causes lower scores but doesnt necessarly mean a bad game if you approach it with an open mind.
i hope this doesnt become a trend

nope ive actually set it aside and played my psp more now catching up all the games ive neglected for so long. I get just as much enjoyment from the psp.
its still a very good game played offline. I had no internet for a few weeks played through it and still very enjoyable. You just miss the complete ezperience and nuances of online play.
i promised myself along time ago I will never pay more for a game than the cost of the conole it is played on

nintendo cared in the past. They cared that the Snes was more powerful than the sega master system. They cared that the N64 was powerful than the genesis. They cared that the gamecube was more powerful than ps1.
could you imagine 16 years ago if the N64 came out and it was less powerful than the genesis or the playstaion 1 came out and it was less powerful than the Snes?
i am so happy to see xenoblade doing well. I am because its a great game and will encourage nintendo to bring more rpgs to wii in north america
