I can remember when Pong! was the greatest thing ever. Nowadays things have just "been done". The human brain craves new, interesting, and artistic. People do not want to play something cruddy that takes up all there time. They want to "Experience" the game.
On the flip side, people also become way too quick to judge and do not "stop and smell the flowers" so to speak. Many great games have been overlooked just this last year because of this.
I need to get a loan for all the good games coming out. This is crazy.

This service is fledgling technology people, what do you expect... They are continuing to offer new games and a really great experience. IT IS FREE right now, which is cool, and it does exactly what they say. I have Borderlands on my computer (Wired ethernet..ATT) and it works great. NO PROBLEMS or LAG. I really enjoy NOT having to wait for long loading times or spending time changing games.
I thought the Demo was very solid. Should be an outstanding game.
One of the best launch games for the PS3. I really liked this one alot. They should make a sequel.
Have not had any issues with it so far. I enjoyed playing Borderlands on it last month. Although I have not played ONLIVE since I got my broken 360 back though, but I plan on playing more when I get done with Mass Effect 2. I have to say though that I love the interface and also the loading times are next to nothing. I also like that they give you discounts on different games every month. Pretty cool service overall. We will see if it catches on. I hope it does.

I wish that these news reporters would get the 3.41 issue right. Most people that are having problems with this update ALREADY had 3.41 installed on their PS3's. Then they try to upgrade the HDD with no success. Way too much confusion when this story broke last week.
Also some of the people that bunked this as being false, did not FULLY understand what was going on.
DKGshiz are you serious. I have been a PS3 fan forever and I have had my PS3 since launch. Here recently my Fat got YLOD and I got my new Slim. I like it. For you to insinuate that we are making this s(*& up is absolutely ridiculous and makes me SAD to be a Sony fan. Shame on you!
Uh, How does that make sense? Sony has openly said that upgrading your HDD is easy to do (they continue to say that.)
I DARE any of you naysayers to try and upgrade your HDD RIGHT NOW and see if it works. (With the 3.41 update already installed) Guaranteed it wont.
Whos fault is it that customers cannot upgrade HD's when SOny sais you can, but MAKE it so you CANT. I dunno people maybe someone ought to THINK with common sense here.
Here's the deal...
People cannot upgrade their HDD AFTER installing the 3.41 update and since 3.41 is a "Section of" 3.40 (the original update) IE... The new update (3.41) does not include all the original files of the older one (3.40) then that therein is the problem my friend. The PS3 cannot get the entire System Update from 3.41. Buyya.

Could not play the original control scheme, but with Move (even though it is still not perfect) it does work much better. I actually can play this now, and it is fun.
