But what about sequel to Alien: Isolation :<?
This either means that he isnt involved or... the design work has already been finished!
I can dream...
I havent played the game and generally really dislike QTE's but agree with the "dont move" thingy.
I think it looks like a nice way of adding tension into a cutscene like moments and doesnt really require you to react quickly into a action during an already tense moment. Thats what makes me hate QTEs and love the "dont move"
In this case, it doesnt even really matter if theres a difference in the gameplay between 30 and 60 for this game.
Its that the game is not graphically intensive and from what I have heard, it can be ran on a pretty modest (gaming) PC at 60 FPS. It shouldnt have been that difficult to achieve with modern consoles.
Im impressed how little difference I can see in a remastered game (then again, I hope its because Im on a phone atm). Well, at least they have it at 1080p with probably some AA and a near tear free experience. Already have it preordered and never played Dishonored so doesnt really bother me that much...
More like a bad PS2 game graphicaly.
I dont see the "warping" 3D models and ultra low polygon counts.
Its hard to believe they didnt bump it up to 60 FPS.
From what I have heard, it is limited (because its a collectors item) but nowhere near as badly as the console bundle.
These wont have the unique numbering so they arent probably even going super expensive at Ebay after the sales have ended. At least thats what Im thinking.
Mmm, couple of days until the european release.
Back when Dishonored released I wasnt that interesting because I didnt see that much interesting gameplay, at least not enough to varant a purchase. That changed when I saw some sick max chaos level runs through this site. It looked so damn inspiring that I had to preorder the Definitive Edition (and the physical was only 33 euros).
Too bad the gameplay videos have been removed... I would have loved to link them...
Im still slightly concerned... Theres only one eu retailer (that I know of) that accepts preorders and the listing was pretty recent.
Another store added the aniversary edition less than a week ago and still doesnt have preorders up. The release date (probably for EU) is stated as 15th of september on both sites.
Meanwhile US Amazon already has to restock :/
TBH, now my only wish is that they fix the "cant download x you need atleast x.xx free storage space" error. I just got it when I updated the firmware (I have kept my PS4 offline just to protect it from that error, then I forgot it...)
Even... even more explosive than RF: Guerrilla?
Where have you heard this?
@peowpeow
They dont...
I commented on this subject some time ago but the reason the community HAD TO reverse engineer the software and hardware is because theres barely any documentations on the PS2 HW. It was even discovered that Sony had "borrowed" some code from the PC emulator for their emulator on the PS3 (which everybody was fine with considering Sony has never bothered the emulator community). The guy who wrote the graphics plugin for PCSX2 i...
Even if this is just a few isolated cases, buying the PSN cards is always the best way to go... You never have to worry if your credit cards info get stolen through PSN.
Using vouchers in any service is the best thing really.
Kinda, I like the fact that it feels very familiar but has been made much more rounder. Touch pad also has some potential but the 3.5mm port is really cool feature IMO. I dont use headset often (barely ever) but now if I ever feel like just plugging one in, I can pick from any of my already existing ones.
I have one PC headset that I have practically never used for gaming (mostly music or some laptop/tablet movie viewing) but I have used it a couple of times with the PS4 whe...
@Angeljuice & @IamTylerDurden1
I find it slightly odd that the amount of input would have so drastic impact on battery life (doubling it)
I think Alien Isolation is one of those games in my collection that should drain the battery less? I mean, sometimes you just sit and wait the alien to pass by, think about managing your resources and walk around.
I personally havent seen a difference with battery life between games.
It says the dimensions are exactly the same as the old battery's.
That said, I wouldnt purchase this battery since its only 5$ and comes with a micro USB cable.... to me that says enough about the quality of the battery.
If you are going to do a battery swap, I would at least spend a decent amount of money (for 2000 mAh battery, you should be able to get a quality one for 10$) so by some bad luck you arent getting a bad one and end up breaking your contro...
About #5's example of Freddys games...
I dont even have a reason to defend them but considering how simple they are, all 4 are considerably different with very similar premise. I pretty much consider them mobile games.
Well, one thing that has greatly contributed to that IMO is that the Playstation brand grew with its fans. From Crash and Spyro to J&D and R&C to Uncharted and Resistance.
I just hope this gen we are seeing more new and interesting games, maybe some more fun and light hearted games like during PS1 & 2 gens.
Oh man, I just continued my NG+ DS1 playthrough yesterday in anticipation of DS3 and BB DLC. I also need practice for the possible network test at the end of this year because Im not that good at Dark Souls. Pretty good in BB, okay in Souls.
Though I had hoped this gameplay would have had something new. I guess its good enough to see some gameplay with better video quality than the ones from gamescom.
