While I can see some of the points I think that forcing progress upon players can also be one of the upsides to videogames.

While you can watch a video online to see how the game progresses, you can also cheat an end of movie or a book by asking from a friend (without even touching the original material).

Besides, its been already established that video games are a different kind of medium to music and videos considering you are allowed to make money by playi...

Isnt that just mostly for the animated cutscenes and the intro? I remember recording gameplay just fine.

Sht, I didnt even remember those were EA games. Crysis collection and Burnout (excluding paradise) collection would probably be the only HD remasters I would care for anyways.

He also plays the original Playstation? Haha, awesome.

Im definitely going to play games when Im old gramp. Even more amazing would be if it actually prevents you from getting all sorts of memory problems (like he said, he plays games to not become senile)

Metro 2033 is pretty awesome. After playing the games one of my relatives gifted me the book (as I had wished) and Im planning on reading it but... Im just too damn lazy. I havent read proper books completely in years but I do enjoy a good read.

Hmm, I find that a bit hard to understand. I think Metro 2033 had at times better atmosphere and it was mostly located in the sewers. Its not that long ago when I played the Last Light on PS3 so I should remember the game pretty well.

Havent played the Redux Last Light yet, havent gotten around. Though I felt that some of the graphical effects (not in quality but in style) and voices in the original 2033 were suprerior to the Redux version.

Worst change is pr...

Oh, I think I remember this game back when they were starting the development. Never did I think it would lead to something this great looking.

It has its very own unique vibe to it too so its just not a "fan made SotC" neither.

I have never seen this particular leaked gameplay but it looks amazing.

The ultimate Battlefront 3 that we should have gotten.

Now this is changing my view of the game and EA's business practice... I was somewhat okay with the fact that they were going to leave the Clone wars era out and strictly stay in the current (movie) era even if they decide to keep it that way when making the DLC.

If they are literally going to sell the game piece by piece with all the stuff thats missing (compared to original Battlefronts) alongside with some features... forget my purchase.

I dont mind th...

@ChronoJoe

As far as I know, there has been some notable progress in search for cancer cure but none will probably help TB. I heard medical marijuana can kill certain types of cancer cells (lung related? I dont remember) and some doctors have managed to kill a brain tumor by injecting polio/some other nasty disease into the growth.

Hopefully there will be some other new experimental treatments he could try in the near future...

Pretty much anything experimental would do now, I guess. I have never thought of cancer as something that big and scary until you hear the words "inoperable"

Especially in his case with one case of cancer (and recovery) behind.

Yeah and wasnt the revision slightly more slim and better looking as well? N-Gage was cool and all (I got to try it when my stepfather brought the first model home with him. He had some sort of contribution to it AFAIK.) My friend had the newer model.

It was also kind of silly that they had regular phone screen in the device (it was around 2004ish?) but handheld gaming devices like Gameboy Advance had a screen more similar to your standard widescreen.

No, a "half decent laptop" would probably cut my game compatibility in half and my I7 2600 (I know, its somewhat old) desktop can BARELY hit the target speed on games like Burnout Revenge. I aint gonna buy no laptops.

I would rather keep my machines alive/buy new/used ones than rely on emulation which is still unreliable at times. I have already operated both PS2's and the fat is kinda already past expiration date by two years (temporary fix), Slim had 4 differe...

This is crazy, he is such a unique youtube personality and losing him would be crushing. He's such a straightforward guy with strong ethics...

Im not even like that occasional viewer but he has had a considerable effect (IMO) in the current state of gaming/community that I can only respect that.

Not to forget all the amazing Burnout games and the best of all time Dragonball games. All the Cloverstudio games, Insomniac/ND games and some unique/one off games.

Too bad both of my PS2s are about to sht the bed soon. Slim is operational for now but the fat one... too much wear.

Though I always felt that the further you ascended as a SSJ, the less human/saiyan characteristics you maintained.

Often people in SSJ2 were much more confident and serious (slightly lacking their standard behavior) and their hair is much closer to each other.

SSJ3 reduces unique facial characteristics and makes the person look more primitive (with long hair ofcourse)

SSJ4 downright gives you excess ape-like bodyhair (also around the eyes?). ...

@DarkOcelet

Though how many games actually run at higher framerates when emulated? PS1/older dont have any performance benefits AFAIK and not counting the few oddities that work natively better on emulators, the only way Im aware of that improves the performance of the games is "virtual overclock".

I think only Dolphin and PPSSPP have integrated such features and PCSX2 has a experimental build for the feature. I would imagine that GC/Wii games alrea...
