the PS3's limits? when they don't know the limits themselves, I hate to say this but with the best processors in the world it still does not change the fact that the GPU is already low tec.
Just get both consoles, that is my intention, PS3 and Xbox-360 both rock, we all know this but the fanboys keep it from being a reality.

For the record I have downloaded 3 HD films from Xbox-live, Tranformers looks amazing but most seem to be upscaled, my TV is only 32inch 720p so I doubt I would get the best affect anyway, but my point is that if I am buying and others are buying then doesn't that mean that it is already working? no disk just data, it make sense to me.
I have to agree that the PS3 is a good purchase, I actually would buy the PS3 just to play movies, gaming right now is Xbox-360, but now HD-DVD lost the format war I can buy a cheap Bluray player in the PS3 with the added bonus that some if not all of the games will be good.
I never got into R6V1 so I think if this is no better then I think I will give it a miss.

I play my Xbox-360 day in day out and love it, yet still these stories keep coming, what was that thread earlier that stated MS should accept defeat now? LOL talk about propaganda.
I don't really like the look of this game, 360 has plenty of shooters so this is no great loss, I am not saying that it wont turn out to be a great but I don't see it being a system seller, on the other hand it may be the next Halo?

For the record the guy at the store where I got my aracde said they get hardly an returns since the upgrades, RROD are virtually non existant.
for an Xbox-360 arcade, I got £100 just for the console with one wired controller and payed £60 for my arcade with the trade in, I now have a HDMI model with a free copy of Halo3, wireless controller + the free arcade games, this may seem odd but remember I now have the new warranty so really I feel I got a good deal.

getting a PS3 for the BluRay but if MS released one tommorow I would buy that instead because I prefer the Xbox-360 for games.

I am not seeing a reason other than Bluray to jump ship from my Xbox-360. We have long got used to quality titles, I see the potencial, and to all the other Xbox-360 owners out there I know you would like WI-FI/Bluray/HDD included, free online play (i need to try it before I can pass judgement), but gameswise why would I buy a PS3 right now? uncharted looks sweet, Heavenly sword looks great and Ratchet say no more but what after that?

It's online so I assume the Xbox-360 version will be better, in game chat will be the norm and we do have exclusive DLC, no way would I buy the PS3 version just because it is supposed to be a PS brand, if Halo went to PS3 and was better than the Xbox-360 then I would get the PS3 version.
